Bmw is an expensive vehicle to maintain however Delta V was fair and honest. I recommend for repairs. Sticker shock will incur but they will make it right

After years of dealerships I'm happy to find a knowledgable, honest and helpful German car shop in Richmond. The staff were friendly and very detailed in explaining their approach at the onset, and equally detailed and helpful explaining the not-insignificant repairs my car would need. They got things done quickly and it turned out for less than the approved estimate, as it turned out some of the work wasn't necessary. This is my go-to shop for our cars henceforth.

I was quoted $2800 to do a water pump, timing belt kit on a 2002 VW Passat 4 cyl ???.. then I purchased the kit for $152 and did it my self for free.. I'm happy with how quickly I was able to obtain the estimate by email after I called.

Went in today to get my car inspected and have the oil changed. The shop was down due to a disconnected air hose. Allen instead of turning me away, worked with me and still did my car for me. I love the guys! They always do there best to meet customer expectations. They are honest and do what it takes. I won't ever take my car anywhere else. Brought my M340i to Delta V for an oil change this morning, and they did a phenomenal job on both the work and customer service. Their pricing is also the best in the area from what I've seen. Highly recommend these guys to anyone who happens to be looking for a reputable independent shop in the area.

These guys are great!! Very honest & trustworthy and put out great work!I had some pretty major issues with the vehicle I took in that made the vehicle unsafe.. they remedied all of that plus what I took it in for to begin with.. they are my local mechanic for sure!

I had a rather extensive amount of work done on my 72 Super Beetle, including front end lowering, front disc brakes, new clutch, new generator, new exhaust and engine rebuild. The time and money invested in this whole project was more than worth it. All recommendations for work/upgrades were made with safety and reliability in mind. The car now sounds amazing, runs great and stops in a perfectly straight line. Glenn (shop owner) was always readily available to discuss the progress either through text or in person. The details of the work they anticipated doing on my vehicle was clearly explained to me ahead of time, along with reasonable scenarios, along with a course of action, and potential additional costs, if needed.
