David was wonderful to work with! We came in to design a ring using my grandmother's diamond and it was unbelievably easy, very decently priced and came out exactly like I imagined. The jewelry he has in stock was incredible as well, will definitely be coming back for future gifts and our wedding bands.

David is an angel! I’m writing this review late. I recently recommended him to a friend so thought I would give a 5 star review from my experience. He was so kind and brought in different shades of green sapphires and showed me what would look best. He was traveling to Maui but still sent us digital copies of my ring to make sure it looked how we wanted and I was able to make adjustments. We got the call our ring was ready and we shared with him bad news about being scammed while purchasing our new home. His week wasn’t the best either because he was in Maui during the huge fires with his family! After all that destruction and devastation he still works as passionately as ever. I went to many ring shops before finding David’s shop. He’s not a pushy sales person or trying to tell you what to buy. He’s very knowledgeable and honest.

My husband and I came here earlier in the year to get our wedding rings! David was fantastic and helped me find a ring that matched perfectly to my engagement ring. I loved my husband's too! Unfortunately, about 2 hours into the wedding we found out that my husband had a rare allergy to silver and he was unable to wear it. We brought it back to David and he was so understanding and let us exchange it for a gold band. It was such a relief and we were so grateful! We will always recommend Diamond Concepts to our friends and family and are so glad to have found such a trustworthy and wonderful jeweler.

Got my engagement ring made here. We started from a drawing and it came out perfect. Nick is excellent at what he does and truly cares that the final product ends up perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! They do CAD/CAM for custom pieces!!

I stopped by after shopping around for different jewelers in richmond and immediately felt comfortable. David was up front about the price and time frame and I never felt pressured to purchase or do anything at all. I ended up having a custom made ring made and I was amazed by how beautiful the ring came out. I will definitely be recommending him to everybody I know and will be coming back for any other purchases or services I need.

For our 5th anniversary my wonderful husband wanted to give me the ring of my dreams. We went to the usual places and weren't impressed. We walked into Diamond Concepts and David was so welcoming and very knowledgeable. He helped guide us through the design to the ring of my dreams. We couldn't be happier! David designed my rings using Diamonds my Father had given my Mother. The rings are spectacular!!! There is a video on Diamond Concepts Website - check it out up close! I was having trouble deciding what to do and David knew right away what would work well with what I had. Whether you need an Appraisal, a repair, or a redesign, this should be your go to Jewelry spot! AND they have a lovely jewelry selection created to fit anyone’s budget. Very professional, honest, and kept on schedule for completion. Definately going back to see David!

This place is wonder. I bought a gorgeous opal and gold necklace. It was quick easy and the man who helped me was so extremely nice. Store was very nicely organized and clean. If you need jewelry I recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

David with Diamond Concepts made my fiancé’s engagement ring and we couldn’t be more thrilled. As a rookie in the jewelry industry, I was very apprehensive and unsure of myself during the buying process. My fiancé originally wanted an emerald and had an idea of what she wanted, but David explained the Mohs scale and suggested that I go with a Tsavorite Garnet instead. David then showed me the absolute perfect gemstone for what my girlfriend wanted. I was an inexperienced shopper and decided to look around and get quotes from other stores. No one even came close to the quality David offered. The browsing ended up being a waste of time. I can not recommend Diamond Concepts enough, and I will definitely go back to David for all of my Jewelry needs.
