I stopped by after shopping around for different jewelers in richmond and immediately felt comfortable. David was up front about the price and time frame and I never felt pressured to purchase or do anything at all. I ended up having a custom made ring made and I was amazed by how beautiful the ring came out. I will definitely be recommending him to everybody I know and will be coming back for any other purchases or services I need.

For our 5th anniversary my wonderful husband wanted to give me the ring of my dreams. We went to the usual places and weren't impressed. We walked into Diamond Concepts and David was so welcoming and very knowledgeable. He helped guide us through the design to the ring of my dreams. We couldn't be happier! Everything was perfect and If we could give more than 5 stars we would!If you want exceptional service and quality this is the place! We will definitely be back !

David designed my rings using Diamonds my Father had given my Mother. The rings are spectacular!!! There is a video on Diamond Concepts Website - check it out up close! I was having trouble deciding what to do and David knew right away what would work well with what I had. Whether you need an Appraisal, a repair, or a redesign, this should be your go to Jewelry spot! AND they have a lovely jewelry selection created to fit anyone’s budget. Very professional, honest, and kept on schedule for completion. Definately going back to see David!

This place is wonder. I bought a gorgeous opal and gold necklace. It was quick easy and the man who helped me was so extremely nice. Store was very nicely organized and clean. If you need jewelry I recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

David with Diamond Concepts made my fiancé’s engagement ring and we couldn’t be more thrilled. As a rookie in the jewelry industry, I was very apprehensive and unsure of myself during the buying process. My fiancé originally wanted an emerald and had an idea of what she wanted, but David explained the Mohs scale and suggested that I go with a Tsavorite Garnet instead. David then showed me the absolute perfect gemstone for what my girlfriend wanted. I was an inexperienced shopper and decided to look around and get quotes from other stores. No one even came close to the quality David offered. The browsing ended up being a waste of time. I can not recommend Diamond Concepts enough, and I will definitely go back to David for all of my Jewelry needs.

David at Diamond Concepts was very helpful in making my fiancé’s dream engagement ring come to life. The communication and understanding was so seamless and we had a custom design planned out after about 2 hours during the first visit. He also was able to build my ring, take out stones from another ring and put it all back together within 3 weeks!!! He was even kind enough to send me some renderings of the design through text a couple days after our consultation. If I could give him 10 stars out of 5 I would!!

I randomly entered his store on a Sunday and received wonderful customer service! This is a family run business and I love that! He has a wonderful selection of diamonds, precious and semi-precious gemstones, and gold pieces. He also has some incredible incredible diamond studs that I have been thinking about ever since I left. I haven’t seen a set like that in any jewelry store in Richmond. I purchased a set of ruby earrings and he is custom designing me a ruby and diamond ring for a great price. I asked him if I could pay him for his time to help me appraise my jewelry for insurance purposes and he agreed. I found my jeweler!

The Best Jeweler in town! Every visit has been phenomenal. I originally went in to purchase a gift for my girlfriend, the owner greeted me with a warm smile and a handshake. After explaining my needs and budget, he immediately directed me to the perfect gift. Didn’t know to much about engagement rings but enough to know from whatever I gathered online. Upon entering the store I was greeted and helped out immediately, no other competitor treated with as much respect even though I had let them know I was only looking for the moment. The gentleman took his time to explain everything I had questions on and stopped me from buying so rinky dink ring from Zales of poor quality (diamond) and showed me a much better option worth the quality. I immediately bought the ring the same day because of how quick and painless the experience was. Going to propose on Christmas, wish me luck and thank you for the perfect ring!

My husband and I got engaged last year and married this April and we can’t thank David enough for his help picking all of our rings and making the process enjoyable. It’s clear that he has a wealth of knowledge and really cares about his clients. He helped my husband create a custom engagement ring and helped us both pick our wedding bands.
