BEWARE! The appointment taker doesn't speak or understand English well. He will tell you your appt was for a different time than you requested once you get there and either you will have to wait (with an appt) or get half the service you made the appt for. Extremely frustrating. Go to Varina Day Spa instead. Everyone speaks clear English.

Probably the worst pedicure I have ever received. To start the girl had extremely long nails and had a hard time picking up instruments to use. Went too deep into my skin. She dropped the nail dryer on my foot 3 times. She was on FaceTime the entire time with no headphones on or anything. It was completely unprofessional. She barely had enough water to cover my feet. I came because I am a regular customer at haven salon but this was not a great experience.

Got there and they were busy so they kindly gave me an appointment to come back later. I went back a little early they were ready for me. I got acrylic French mani, a got a pedi. Eyebrows got cleaned up. Great experience, was very relaxed. Will be back. Thank you!

I’m so disappointed to leave this review but I have to. My last experience Mr Jason and Ms Kathy are so nice however my nails look horrible and I was cut.
I woke up with my middle toe feeling soar.
Requested style: White gel
Cleanliness: Appears to be clean and sanitized

Kathy and Jaaon are wonderful. Call for an appointment because they can't always take walk ins due to availability. Prices are reasonable.

They made me pay $15.45 to get two (yes,TWO) of nails removed (just REMOVED) and they didn't even remove the acrylic correctly. Overpriced for something simple. I was removing the rest of my nails myself. They made me pay $15.45 to have two (yes, TWO) nails removed (just REMOVED) and they didn't even remove the acrylic properly. Too expensive for something simple. I was removing the rest of my nails myself.

Will NEVER go back to this hack job place and recommend that you don’t go either. My daughter went for a pedi and the woman left her bleeding because she said she had an I grown toe nailShe cut along the sidewalk of her big toe nail and made it bleed. Today she came home from work and it’s still bleeding! It’s very red and nasty looking. This is not how you care for an ingrown toe nail.I went in a few months ago and the same woman was more interested in her phone that doing the service.I’ll never go back. What a hack job. I pray it’s not infected or that she doesn’t get something more serious from the mess she’s created.Service: Pedicure

Was with them for over 20 years. Dont know why I left. I have returned to them. Their prices are low and they dont try to sell you something you didnt ask for. Family business that I will continue to use
