Staff was friendly and attentive. Good selection of most items. Very small selection of sleeping bags. Only had 1 brand in stock to choose from.

The store was understaffed in the shoe section. It was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had at this location. And I shop there often. This was between 6:30 and 7p. I had to leave do to not being able to get to get and try on shoes that I wanted to purchase.

One register open with a long line, while employees stand out in the middle of the store chatting about workplace drama. Love to see that kind of model in customer service.

I want to shout out an amazing employee experience my husband and I had today at this location. We both went in for a new pair of workout shoes and we we're greeted very politely by Cam in the shoe department. He was very knowledgeable about what type of shoes we needed. Not only was he eager to help us but there were many other customers in the shoe department at this time as well. He managed to greet everyone and answer all questions and run back and forth for different shoe sizes all the while maintaining a smile on his face and great attitude. Thanks Cam. We appreciate you.

Store cleanliness was great and selection was good as well. Giving only 2 stars because of the employees. One of them was on their phone, the other ones were in the corner chatting as I needed to try on a pair of shoes, and as I was checking out the women at the register was communicating through her microphone to other employees and laughing and was unfriendly.

Stephen and Joel were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable in getting me the best tennis and turf shoes possible! They asked what I was looking for and made several recommendations that worked great. I left with two pairs of shoes that I'm very happy with. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in retail shopping.
