Asked several people if they had balaclavas and was told no or was told they were too busy and someone else would be able to help me. No one else came to help. After walking around for about 10 minutes I found a section that had three available. When checking out with the item I look behind me to see an entire shelf full of Nike balaclavas..directly in front of checkout where the workers can see. The only one who was any help or cared was Emily who was my cashier.

Just walked out of this store. Had every intention of buying some decent sunglasses. The person behind the counter was folding sweatshirts and the shirts were blocking the view. No “Hi, can I help you” not even eye contact. Going elsewhere and never returning to this store.

The 5 stars are for Nieyell!! The store is usually mid, nothing to rave about. But today Nieyell was very patient and helpful with me and my son! Awesome job Nieyell 👏

I Love this place but the only thing I don’t like they always out of stock on hot items but bulk up on items that dont sale also it takes forever for someone to get to the counter

Terrible customer service. We rang the bell to get into a fitting room and waited and waited and waited. There were no other customers visible in the store. My young daughter tried to flag down the manager who ignored her. Again, no other customers visible. He finally came and I mentioned that my daughter had tried to flag him down. He complained that he had 3 different things going on in his ear that required a manager. I’m still confused as to why he would ignore a child and why a paying customer wouldn’t be prioritized in an otherwise empty store.

If I can give no stars I would around 2 months ago I would say I came in me and a friend shopping around when my heel got stuck into a hole and I had fell and hurt my knee my arm and had a very big hit to my head the workings was helpful and asked for some information I then left and still wasn't feeling well my friend took my to the hospital where did doctor told me I was suffering from many different injuries because of the Fall came along to company contacted me to figure out some things about the case we spoke briefly to come to an agreement and then they stopped replying to me was very very unsympathetic about my situation I suffer from critical anxiety my mental health was awful at this time they only made things worse for me they have lied to me hasn't contacted me since this is a very untrustworthy company very unsensitized they do not care if you're suffering from a concussion due to their store are the injuries of having to wear a cast or going to physical therapy Douglas and Beth skeen was the people handling this case stay away from this company

Consistent with the few other Dick’s stores I had the pleasure to shop at, this particular branch too unfailingly delivers a top notch customer service experience one can only dream of having. This — coupled with high quality merchandise and appeal — makes this chain of sporting goods stores stand out and continuously obtain newer peaks in its popularity.
I was paying visit to this dick’s location to inquire whether or not I am able to return my newly purchased Patagonia rain jacket (because in spite of its name —brain jacket —this article of clothing provides very negligible protection from water). The initial purchase was completed at the Dick’s located in the Short Pump mall; however the shop attendants at the willow lawn shopping center without hesitation helped me process the return right there and right then as well as assisted in the successful search for a new, more suitable alternative.
Overall very satisfied and happy with my shopping experience at this store.

They either need to hire more people or change their fitting room policy, otherwise I will be no longer shopping at this location. I had to wait 20 minutes just to have somebody come and unlock the door to let me in, and no apology was offered after I showed my clear frustration. I was seconds away from leaving without spending any of my money, and that might have been the last time I do so. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because they have a decent selection unlike other locations I've been to, just nobody there to allow you to try it on.

Went there looking for ankle weights & they didn't have any in stock , but I did find grippers for hand & wrist exercises , but I will shop @ this location again , & the staff is very kool & helpful
