Most of the order was made wrong. Burgers were well and not medium as requested. Eggs asked to be over easy were over hard and plated upside down. Just overall a let down as we have had enjoyable experiences in the past. Not sure if or when we will be back.

My husband took me to The Boathouse for my Birthday. We had requested a table by the window. Instead, even though there were many tables open, because of the lack of servers, we were seated(by the window) but near the bar. It was super noisy! Overall, the food was good. My husband thought the oyster appetizer was pricey for the amount of oysters. My salmon was good. Our server was excellent.

We always get the broiled seafood combination. Always delicious. We enjoy the atmosphere. Great service. Nice view of the water. We went there to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary.

Our waitress Brianna made it such a fabulous experience for us. We had no idea we had picked a time brunch was being serviced but she made some suggestions and it was excellent. The view of river made it even more beautiful.

It's the little things about the food. One example is that the butter for the lobster had no taste. It should be butter, not oil. First lobster was so overcooked it was stringy and could barely get it out of the shell. Grilling it like that probably takes just minutes or top (grilling side) is ruined. Out waitress was great

Waiter spilled water on my husband's lap which did dampen the experience some, but the food and ambience were wonderful!

The food was good, with a couple of exceptions: The half-shell oysters were disappointingly small and tasteless. The shell was noticeably larger than the oyster itself, and devoid of any briny taste, which led us to believe that the oysters came packaged in a bottle and were added to the shells. The drink service was slow, but the server blamed it on impatient guests from a wedding party downstairs coming upstairs to the restaurant bar, The entree menu was surprisingly limited, as well. However, our orders were well-prepared, in particular, the filet mignon. Fish and chips: chips were crispy and delicious, and the fish had just the right crispness and seasoning. The calamari was excellent, too. Atmosphere: Beautiful furnishings, and the sunset view was gorgeous! Staffing: our server was attentive and friendly, as were the people at the door. All-in-all, come for the atmosphere and views.

My waitress Zhané Matos was astounding! I'm requesting her section each time she's there. She had no issue ensuring my drink and food was to my liking. She made my birthday wonderful.

Fish sandwich was all fried batter and very little fish. No flavor either. Very disappointing meal.

The night started off great with the server being very attentive but then after the appetizer we almost didn't see her again. We never got a salad we ordered. When the food came we expected the salad to come with the food but it didn't, and the main food came in two waves with the second wave being quite a while after the first wave. The person who brought the second wave wasn't our waitress and with the delivery of the last plate, didn't ask if we had everything we needed and left us wondering if there was more food coming, which there wasn't. No one checked on us the entire time we ate and we needed water too. Other than that, the shrimp and grits, flounder, and Caesar salad with fried oysters were top notch and about the best we've had. That's the reason for the 4 even though we spent the entire meal looking for our waitress who never appeared.

Excellent food and great service. Parking was a little difficult but we could have used the valet parking but chose not to. The restaurant was a little hard to find since it was our first time visiting.
