Definitely do not recommend ! They go up on rates without properly notifying you of any cus he’s and expect you to pay a balance that wasn’t quoted to you before hand !

My agent, Kristal Rhoten, was absolutely amazing. I’ve always hated setting up my insurance because I always think I’m gonna be stuck with some robotic, corporate type that just sees me as a number. Kristal was anything but. She kept the process upbeat, she allowed her bubbly personality to shine throughout the phone call, she was patient and informative when answering all of my questions, and most importantly she was able to get me a great deal on my policy. 5 stars, would recommend again!
