Single women and their children are being brought to locations with the sole intent of standing ahead of me in line and trying to pose nearby me for candied photos. This is because my hat says papa bear on it and they feel entitled to my supposed money by wanting to perjure evidence and claim that I am with them. I am not with them. I just like Goldilocks. The cashier evem kept beckoning me to stand closer to her. I simply was not interested. Long story short, a bunch of scammers. Not even scam artists. Just lousy slimy scammers.

Went in today and the store was beyond a wreck. Shelves empty, huge areas of shelves empty, product on a lot of the aisles that has fallen from the shelves. Is anyone working there besides the friendly cashier? F-.

The store is very unprofessional, I was in there on 12/26 and the employees were discussing another employee who had called out because they thought they had covid and they were very loudly talking about how he was just making excuses about not coming in. Nobody wants to hear that when they are shopping. That's confidential business. Not good customer service

This store is awesome! The isles are clean and they have so much in stock. The cashier was very friendly and I’m impressed by how organized the store was and how everything made sense in its place. Definitely the best dollar tree I’ve been too in the Richmond area!

Love shopping at the $ Tree ! Cashier needs to brush up on his people skills or maybe find a job doing what makes him smile and be more personable, other wise great experienceWent to a different Dollar Tree today and it was a wonderful experience, found everything and more that I was looking for.Excellent customer service!!

Staff was friendly.Line was long so an employee came and opened up a third register, which was nice. I gave it 2 stars because of the messy conditions and the rampant shrinkflation. Dollar Tree raised their price but ALOT of the items on sale are significantly smaller now. If shoppers pay attention, they'll notice the difference. Items were much larger when everything was $1.00! I was quite disappointed and left without buying much of anything. Not really worth the trip anymore. You'll get more bang for your buck at Walmart. ??♀
