Best location they have it all here! Their staff here is like no other! The Assistant Manager Jay is amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and over all treats you like family by finding the right shoes that work for what your looking for every time! Hes constantly working so hard every time I shop but still makes time for any shopper looking for help and or advice. Everyone here goes above and beyond every time! Thank you for being so wonderful I'll always shop here! This location has truly changed the way I shop for shoes!

Really not worth visiting, you may as well just drive to the shortpump location. They have such minimal stock and no staff to answer questions. Pretty much only stocks sneakers and sandals, not enough sizes to even try on to see if you could purchase online. Just go to the larger shortpump store.

Avoid shopping at Amazon; shop here instead. I went straight to the work boot section. They had multiple color/style options, both with steel toe without. They had 1/2 sizes which was great because I really needed a 1/2 size smaller than what I usually wear. Super fast checkout. In and out in 15min with exactly what I was looking for. $120 total including tax for new, quality, leather work boots.

I recently visited DSW, a high-end footwear store, and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The selection of shoes was extensive, catering to various styles and preferences. Whether I was looking for casual sneakers or elegant heels, DSW had a wide range of options that exceeded my expectations.
What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service provided by the clerk at the counter. Not only was the clerk knowledgeable about the products, but their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction was truly remarkable. They took the time to listen to my preferences and needs, offering valuable suggestions and insights that helped me find the perfect pair of shoes.

Has definitely gone downhill in service, quality and policy. I purchased shoes through in-store pickup three days ago and three women were standing at the register but only one was working. The other two were standing around and talking to each other and only after a few minutes of trying to make eye contact and get the attention of one of the associates, did she ask if I needed anything. I got the shoes home and the zipper did not work at all. I brought then back and I was then told that with their system, they cannot do exchanges so I had to do a full return. A longer process for the same result, but okay. I tested two more of the exact same shoe (all $79) in the store and the zippers were defective on those also. So I decided to go with a different brand, but couldn't use my $30 coupon that DSW emailed me and didn't expire until 11/5 on the new pair because of course it's one that is "brand excluded." The man at the counter, who I assume is a manager did not seem interested in finding any solution even after three of their shoes didn't function properly and I still was willing to purchase there. So now I'm out of a coupon and need to find new boots. Disappointed to say the least.

Nice big dsw store. They don't have that much stuff so sometimes is hard to get someone to help out. It is tidy and has a bunch of options and sizes. Don't forget to check the clearance section!

Shoes are not as nice. A few Cole Hann. Service not as great.
