Went in to purchase 2 pair of sneakers and all employees were very helpful and informative on what style & brand would give me the best comfort for each setting! I went to 3 other stores prior to stopping here and I’m so thankful this was my final stop! Great crew, great options and overall great store! I highly recommend this location!

Ppl are rude unfriendly unbothered unhelpful unprofessional bad business move for the mall maybe for downtown Richmond and the hood mentality but omg smile welcome all customers stop having them phones outDam address me I'm here to possibly spend my money not waste ya time

Never went to an DTLR store I didn't like but the one in White Oak shopping center takes the cake. Rude employees laughing and carrying on at the counter while customers fin for themselves. I just stood there in total disbelief.

Placed an online order for the latest jordan release the cherries. When order arrived it was actually for a different size then what I ordered. Took them back to this store for a refund. Refund policy states in writing on website and in their store by the register that if you purchase something with a debit card any refund must be placed on a DTLR gift card. If you purchase using a credit card refund money can be returned back to credit card.the gentleman that helped me was very professional and helpful ,no problems there. He informed me that even though I payed with a credit card the only way to get my money was for it to be placed on a gift card. Clearly there is something wrong bc in writing it says the opposite. DTLR needs to get it together , my purchase was for $209 , I wanted my money back not a gift card. And corporate was of no help. Will not be shopping on this stores website in the future . Don't really want to shop in store either but bc I now have a gift card I have too...

I brought my niece here for school shopping as soon as I walked through the door I felt unwelcome. The only person that was decent was the girl with the braids behind the counter. They are not professional at all customers shouldn’t have to ask around to see who works there. They should be greeted by workers as soon as we come through the door. I ask the black dude did he work there he was leaned over the clothes and talking to another coworker he seem to have a attitude when I asked him did he have a certain size I wanted and then when proceeded to the register he refused to handle my shoebox with care instead he was tossing it all over the place. If u don’t want to work stay home. I hate to say it but where I live in the Northern VA area the stores and their workers are always polite I come down to where I’m from born and raised and not treated with kindness. I’m so glad I moved away because it be our own ppl sometimes and it makes u don’t even wanna come around ur own. Us as black ppl need to be more kind to each other.
