Super loud radio playing, couldn't even ask proper questions about an order. Young staff huddled in the corner of the store. Not professional. And DTLR order to store is horrible, no one knows what going on.

Greetings. Didn't like the selections of clothes. They had some dark demonic styles, shirts, and shorts. Not to many designers but the same ones like Micheal Jordan, Nike, True Religion. Only thing were worth buying were children tennis shoes. Nothing in ladies but workout clothes. SMH. Clothes are to expensive not to have good quality.

It's amazing when you spend thousands of dollars with a brand and they still give you mediocre service. The store manager Jordan needs to not match wits with customers when they're asking questions and telling him what they have been told in the past. You're not the biggest baddest thing in the room sir, you're just the appointed manager for the moment and you need to walk in a professional manner at all times. You didn't think the call would go to Corporate, and still not done reporting your bad behavior. Do better and know that you represent your brand and not yourself when you're at work.

It was all about the customer service I received yesterday 8/19/24 around 4:30-5pm so I came in with my daughter seen a shoe and asked the female employee about it because she was going in the back but she told me to hold on which was fine with me .But I don't know if she thought I was rushing her but when she came back out she ignored me the whole time about ten minutes she never came back to assist me like I did something wrong so finally after she went around ne helping everyone else and ignoring me a nice gentlemen came and assisted me but this really mad me upset but I wanted to write this review to say customer service is everything it makes a person feel good and want to return because of the kindness they received well thanks for listening

I visit all the DTLR stores in Richmond. Southpark and Southside could use better customer service. Don’t have an attitude about ur job, wen ur there to service the customer when they ask for some assistance.

If I could give it 0 stars U would.Endings seemed to busy standing around talking to all you if you need any help.A lot of young people with No personality. Or Professionalism.Disappointing.I'll shop online

I really like DTLR. They have a great selection of clothes for women and men, they have a great shoe selection in all sizes... however, I do have 2 issues with this location.1 is the employees. Ive gone around 6pm every time so I typically encounter the same group of people and not 1 of them looks like they ever smile. Help isn't really initiated and when its given, it's kinda what do you want, here you go. Don't get me wrong, they're not mean. They're not really rude, they're just not friendly and you kinda feel like you're bothering them. Please remember, I've only encountered a shift that's made up of the same employees each time I've been so I can't speak on on the CS provided by any other possible shifts/employees that might work earlier in the day. The female security guard was super cool though. Very friendly and funny.2nd thing is just the hours. Closing at 7 is early. By the time I get off, get home, deal with the kids and then can finally run up there, its closed. Even just another hour would probably benefit a lot of customers, but I realize 7 is when almost all DTLR stores close until you get closer to the beach, and those are open until 9pm, I believe.In all, a great store with lots of great stuff for men/women/kids, so/so hours, and an efficient yet not overly welcoming shift of employees.

I ? one of they employees worship the devil. Got her ? out with the ? up. And if you tell these young girls that's what it means they'll tell you it's not. Young d*** and pathetic. ??♂️

This store by far has the worst customer service ever the “manger” is terrible I watch him as a blackMan show racial discrimination to another black man Because he walked in with a hood on his head i know y’all need shoes but please don’t shop here go to white oak
