W1011574645-1 - Order Number . I ordered a fruit bouquet to surprise my friend and unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. He mentioned that half of the fruits in the bouquet were sour and inedible. In addition, the stickers that is seen on fruits in supermarkets were still on them which is unacceptable for a gift arrangement. I am terribly disappointed with this experience.

Establishment is a bit dull to be such a place that brings joy and my wait was longer than I would have liked especially being so empty but my service was beautiful! He was very helpful with everything needed.

If I can give zero Stars I would I placed an order online for Valentine's Day they didn't give you the option to change the chocolate on the strawberries online so I tried to call the store first the lady said I couldn't do it so I called another store they told me they can I call back to the store and let the lady that answer the phone know that another store told me they can then she proceeded to make up a lot of said they didn't have any white chocolate after calling customer service getting that resolved the day of the delivery they deliver flowers that looked half dead strawberries was bad covered up with chocolate and the balloons I had ordered they they gave her whatever balloons they wanted and didn't even bring the right amount of balloons that I had ordered made a complaint to the customer service and the store and they never resolved anything I would not recommend anybody to place an order from this location only location I always have problems with do not read their response it's all bull they contacted me wanting to deliver one balloon two days later but trying to make it seem like they really was trying to resolve this issue it's only because I put this review for everybody to see

I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Customer service is beyond terrible. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. My husband placed and order for vday and supposed of been delivered to me in time while I was at work and unfortunately it got delayed 4 hours later with no notification letting me know they will be running late. I received my order ballon was flat. 4 of my strawberries were smooshed and on top of that fruit was old. Never will order again my vday was ruined. Even called store manager she ask me to take this review down. Absolutely didn’t care about my concern

I ordered chocolate-covered strawberries for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, and she really liked them—until she bit into one that had a hair in it. I know it might sound like a small issue, but I left a review through the email they sent, and I haven't heard back from a manager or anyone at all. It’s been a bit disappointing.

I recently ordered two platters from this establishment, and I was blown away by the exceptional quality and presentation! The platter was beautifully arranged with fresh fruit, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and freshly baked cookies. The best part? It was delivered on the same day I ordered it!
The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly impressive. I'm already looking forward to my next order!

I would give zero stars if I could. My son was so excited to spend his own $ to buy a thank you arrangement. We told this place to deliver it to a company and gave them 3 names of people that it was for. They asked who it was being sent to and we confirmed the 3 names and added them to a thank you card. After trying to charge $14.99 for a delivery fee when it clearly says $9.99 online they delivered the arrangement to just some guy at the desired company. He said yeah I know that guy and they felt like that was good enough and left the arrangement with this random worker. We called and asked what happened and were told they delivered it and they can’t help. Now my kids out $90 and none of the thank you fruit went to the correct people. Apparently anyone can except your order and this edible company doesn’t guarantee accuracy or except accountability. They just take a kids $ and don’t care. Don’t order from them. Save your hard earned cash and use a diff company. Extremely disappointing!!!

Just learnt that management has been changed recently.And, services have been a complete turnaround. Definitely loved indulging my sweet tooth with their chocolate dip strawberries and party platter. A must try!

One for the most sought after and clean store I've been in the Richmond downtown area. Tried the cheesecake and brownie the other day and it was so delicious! The Edible Arrangements team is so friendly and welcoming always. Look forward to keep ordering from this store in the future ?
