My order was placed online for my wife's birthday. The store canceled my order the day of delivery and referred me to another location. I tried calling the other location no one answered the phone. As a result my wife could not receive the order I placed. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Edible Arrangements. They ruined my wife's birthday.

I ordered a gift for my mom for Mother’s Day. Great delivery even though it felt like I was waiting all day for it but patience is a virtue. My mother loved everything. The cookies and chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. My mother’s mood immediately changed after receiving the order, it truly made her day. If you’re thinking about ordering please remember to be patient and tip the driver’s they are amazing.

Absolutely awful customer service. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I have been trying to contact them for four hours with no success. My order was out for delivery to an address 20min away from the location placed, and I have still yet to receive any confirmation that the order had been delivered. It went out for delivery at 12pm and it is now closing time for the store (5pm) and I have heard nothing from them or my order. It was a gift for a birthday that I would have been more than willing to pick up if it couldn't be delivered, but was never reached out to say it couldn't be. So now it is past the hours of operation and I'm not sure if the gift was delivered. I will never use this company again, and I hope everyone else heeds my warning, they are unreliable and have poor customer service.

This location is the absolute worst, they will cover/dip the fruit in chocolate even it is expired and rotten. And still have the audacity to sell it you top price!!!

My order was an anniversary gift, fruit being the traditional gift for four years. The anniversary happened to fall on Thanksgiving. As much as I wanted the gift to be delivered on the actual anniversary (Thursday), I was expecting that the delivery would be made on Wednesday. Imagine how thrilled I was when I was told my gift would be delivered on Thursday. And, it was!!

I placed an order for pickup on 6/16, the actual day of my friend's birthday. I ordered a birthday box with chocolate and confetti covered strawberries, pineapples, and candles. Also, in the box was supposed to be chocolate covered Oreos, pretzels and graham crackers. When I arrived to pickup my order I received a box of 12 chocolate covered strawberries. I expressed to the lady working at the time that this order was wrong. The store was due to close in 30 minutes and the lady said it would take another 45 mins to prepare the correct box. I asked her what else could be done. She said she would communicate the issue to the manager the next morning. She offered me a balloon and was really helpful. After experiencing this, I thought back to another order I placed with EA for a delivery in San Diego, CA. I immediately called my friend and asked had she received the correct order I had placed for her. To my surprise, she hadn’t. So I called customer service to inform them of the current issue and the previous issue. They helped me and sent out a claim on my behalf to each of the store’s I had an issue with. Originally I wasn’t going to leave this review because I did get my issue resolved but while getting my issue resolved I communicated to the store manager here in RVA, a lady who’s name I did not get. Our communication was good at first but she became frustrated with processing my refund and even said “This is taking up too much time”, as if my issue wasn’t important enough for her to spend time fixing. Throughout the conversation she came across pretty rude and snarky stating that I should’ve just waited until the next morning to call her because customer service was going to call her anyway. I informed that I didn’t wait because I was also calling about another issue and that I assumed customer service would have the power to fix my issue immediately. I had no idea each store is independently owned and issues are resolved by the store owners. Ultimately, this store manager could improve her communication skills and also not try to force upon someone the ways she thinks the customer should’ve handled their issue.

Worst place. Do not recommendDelivery driver came broke in to the house. Called store n asked to talk to Manager. Was told i will get a call back but nothing.....do not deliver/ order from the place.....

I have used Edible Arrangements several times in the past. (Only this location) I have always been pleased with the product and service. I had a problem this past Christmas with a basket being delivered late in the day (Past 5PM) to a business. Everyone I wanted to enjoy the basket had left for the day. I called the store and spoke with Gloria. Gloria was wonderful!!! She understood the issues and sent out another arrangement the next day! Problem solved! I will continue to recommend them and use them to receive outstanding product and service!

I popped in super last minute and they were able to meet my needs with 6 chocolate covered strawberries. In my opinion she went over and beyond for me. That is A+ customer service, keep up the good work!!!!

Very poor customer service this evening from one of the ladies working. Very impatient and unaccommodating. Next time, lock the door if you close early and don't want to take customers. I could never behave in this manner on my job, smh.

If I could leave no stars I would. My boyfriend ordered me an arrangement and a customized card for my birthday. The arrangement was delivered with no card. We called the store and I’m guessing if the stores do not answer after so many rings your call gets routed to customer care. The customer care agent then had to place us on hold to reach out to the store. They apologized and offered to send a Complementary box of strawberries with the card. Of course they wouldn’t get it to me the same day that would be to easy. The next day comes and still nothing. We call customer care back and apparently who we spoke to the day before did something wrong and the redelivery was never scheduled. My birthday was Friday and it’s now the following Monday and still no card. Offering more fruit after purchasing a big basket full is not the best way to compensate in my opinion.
