I’m a month in my lease and it’s horrible.My apartment was not prepared when I moved in.The rug was old,the baseboards weren’t painted.The apartment wasn’t that clean.I been trying to get these issues fixed and still nothing.The property manager said she would call still no call

I absolutely love Element at Stonebridge! My sister and I have been here since May and we both adore it. The amenities are great, everything is kept clean, the staff is so kind and helpful, and the price is fantastic for the quality.
My sister and I have had a few things pop up that we needed maintenance for in our apartment and maintenance was quick to come and take a look! One of the maintenance men, Ben, went above and beyond to help us out and made sure all was well.
We love it here!

I have to say that I am totally outraged by the lack of professionalism by the Assistant Property manager Boban ( not sure of spelling) his condescending tone, not addressing the issues that were brought to his attention. Also the threats were very unpleasing. Then you requested the information for his boss. I was asked multiple questions while trying to deny me the information.

Stop and read everything that is said about these apartments. First I really like these apartment till. I found out at the time it was time for me to move in, the unit that I was moving in people was still living in it. I was so excited about moving. New to Richmond and a whole lot of things. Things started to go down hill from there. All the money that I had to come with and then a week or two first months rent, plus money to move here along with other things. I tried to change the moving date but was told they did think I could change it or I would be able to pay the rent it was going for at the time. Ok got all of the money together except first months rent. I get a call from the rental office my rent was late. I let them know that I'm aware of it and that it's not 30 days late. He told me if it was not paid that I would evicted after two weeks. So he adds these late fees on, but I paid it.Well the person in the office name EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL DON'T BOBOA whatever his name, because if there a picture with him that's him EXTRA. he is very unprofessional, rude and think he knows everything. He feels that he can call you whenever or text you. Th is tells you a lot about management cause I ask that he say nothing to me. Zaria is nice very helpful. When I moved in I waited three weeks to see how long it was going to take for them to vacuum the hallway, and to fix some things. These are not LUXURY APARTMENTS. READ some of the reviews from the are giving 4 or 5 stars the don't live here or they use to. All last summer the building that suppose ti be secure was open all summer that you pay for. People walk their dogs don't pick up the poop, the leave it in the hallways or front door of building. Trash dumpster down all the time. You pay for all these other fees that they don't tell you about, until you are in. You don't get anything explaining your utilities every month like how did you come to the amount. Parking is very bad. I get off in early morning people don't live here or staying over, you can't park.No security. The building I live in gets vacuum once a month or every other week, people smoking weed in their apartment where now you can smell it.So someone please tell when you have paid the rent and not the utilities how do you add late fees to utilities and send it to the courts for eviction? DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH THESE CONDITIONS. I went to read the reviews about this place everything that was said was true. Saw this black stuff come from the sink faucet. Look at the reviews before you move here.

I lived here from December 2021 to March 2024 and the original property management was excellent. The new property management was well below even average expectations. Speaking with Boban was always an issue and the rudeness and condescending attitude was unreal. Asking to speak with anyone else he would repeat him having to go through chain of command, but could/would not give information on who else to contact when receiving no responses. Issues were not resolved and I would never recommend this management to anyone. We also, received notification that the parking spots were sold to another entity despite them knowing they already short of accessible parking. New upgraded complex next to it is not affiliated with them.

Lachell is always very kind and helpful! She has a great attitude and always looks nice. She has been a huge help from the first day I walked into the office all the way through the move-in process. Every minor issue has been quickly resolved, and I love my new home and my little dog does too. All of the office staff is very nice and helpful. Thank you all so much!

Being in the Military, returning to the States from Korea without a clear plan for housing. I spent about two weeks in a hotel while searching for a suitable place to live. Despite visiting numerous locations, none felt quite right. Eventually, I found Element at Stonebridge and spoke with Boban about my situation. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, swiftly getting me approved and into my new apartment the following day. So far, the apartment and community have been wonderful. Thank you
