Cinthia has made me feel extremely valued as a customer. She has made the rental process a complete breeze for me while I wait for my car to be repaired or totaled after my personal car was in an Accident. She has gone way above and beyond for me today and I really appreciate her genuine kindness and concern. Virginia was also very helpful reaching out and scheduling me to swap my car from the insurance coverage to personal out of pocket expense. This experience has been extremely positive I’ll be sure to consider enterprise rentals for the future. 10 out of 5 stars ⭐️

This is an excellent enterprise location, and their staff were above and beyond. Excellent service from all members of staff (they have a perfect team dynamic.)
Virginia Rucker, Austin Ward, and Zach Hoffmann all gave excellent service & were very kind throughout the process.

I give this location 100 ⭐️’s. Management Justin Ward and staff go above and beyond.This is the GREATEST ENTERPRISE IN RICHMOND. So when I saw some people with nasty reviews, some people don’t think that there is legit reasons why there stock might be low at the time….It’s hard for me to believe…. I rent here, they are short staffed. But you’re always treated as a platinum member. They are always willing to go above and beyond. It might take a minute to figure something out, but they are always giving 110 percent. I have rented for 30 plus years in traveling and business. Just some food for thought, sometimes things are out of the management / employees hands. For instance, people are scheduled to return cars at specific times, and they don’t or they decide to keep them. Could also be an insurance claim and adjuster extends the rental because repairs are not finished on the rentee’s end. There mechanical issues that arise unexpectedly or a renter gets in an accident. There are things that happen beyond the store’s control, I personally know from lots of experience, it’s never intentional. This ENTERPRISE IS AMAZING and bend over backwards for their customers. Justin Ward, the current manager is amazing. He works his tail off and leaves no stone unturned. The whole staff is amazing. Believe me in what I am saying……..
