Disappointed that all of the rental cars in Richmond Virginia were overbooked due to a couple of sports tournaments in town. But this particular location has always been helpful to us in the past. And it was no different this time, Chris especially was very helpful and set us up in a pick up truck within an hour or so of our original reservation. The Customer Service is the main reason we stick with enterprise every time we rentso shout out to Chris and all of the staff at this location!

Waited a 30 mins before pickup to tell me my reservation can’t be fulfilled because they overbooked but they called to verify yesterday so this is complete bs

Chris and the other staff members were extremely courteous and professional. They acknowledged each customer as they entered with a warm greeting. Although they were very busy, they answered the ringing phones in a professional manner.

I was given a massive vehicle that I said I didn't feel comfortable with. They told me to take the car just for that day and they would would call with an update on getting a smaller vehicle and did not. When I called to check in days later, they left me on hold and never came back. Feeling very discouraged as a customer.
Edit: 6/30 as per the owners response to this post, I contacted where they told me to and they ALSO left me on hold.

I try to rent with enterprise every time I need a rental because I’m a plus member. They use to be the Cadillac of car rental places, providing exceptional service and clean vehicles. This is my first time reserving at laburnum as I typically go the airport or the Glen Allen locations. They completely dropped the ball leaving me with no vehicle and telling me right before all enterprise locations were closing. Terrible communication, terrible customer service and very disappointing. Laburnum won’t get another opportunity or recommendation on my behalf. Take your business elsewhere, unless you want to be stranded.

Recently I had to rent a car from the Enterprise on Laburnum in Richmond. I was very happy with my experience. Ma'quon was very helpful. He brought the car to the car repair shop and I saw him when I returned it. Excellent! I only needed it three days.

I have to say my experience has been awesome they are very professional friendly happy and they will go above and beyond to make sure customer service is great I've been dealing with Enterprise on laburnum avenue for years they have not let me down I want to thank Chris, Quan and Deja for taking care of me.

I have tried other Rental Companies, but, found that I return to E terrine for the excellent caring and concern of this Company when renting a vehicle!
