Always go here to rent my cars and the staff is very helpful and informative on deals and options. But this 1 young lady her name was India was the absolute best. Very nice with a even better personality and jus a welcoming attitude. Will definitely be goin again soon.

Enterprise handled our rental while our car was repaired after a fender bender. This location was outstanding. They picked me up, helped me switch cars when the repair was delays to extend my coverage, and the staff was always pleasant and kind from start to finish. Special shout out to Chris- she made everything great and her positive attitude made the experience fantastic overall.

Everyone BEWARE of working with Rikita/Nikita, whatever her name is. She is one of the managers of this location and she will put you on the Do Not Rent to list if you tell her you do not want to work with her regarding your account. She is very unprofessional and very nasty. I am waiting on a call from the regional manager for them to explain why she was allowed to restrict me from renting vehicles all because I do not want to work with ONLY HER at this location.

I received fantastic service at a reasonable rate. Although I scheduled for more than just 3 days. I was able to get what I need to do to in 1 and received back a lot then what I expected.
The vehicle I was given also had comfort, gps (android auto), and cruise control. My 3 favorite perks to driving more than 3 hours on a long stretch.
Apart from my expectation, the services from the representatives were excellent, well mannered, and responsive.
I would recommend renting from enterprise, and also bring your renter issues to them so you can find a way to settle it quicker.

Amazing experience, they picked me up and dropped me off, found a great rental for me, and worked closely with me and my insurance company. I highly recommend this location. Nicki and others were super helpful!

I had a horrible time trying to rent a small suv after driving an hour to get to the rental location bc the reservation desk told me they had several vehicles that matched what I wanted. The rental place had no vehicles that I wanted. Ya’ll need to let the customers contact the individual locations to see what’s actually available on their lots. Prior Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance!!! I ended up spending another hour going to a location that actually had what I wanted to rent. Your current system of dealing w/a centralized reservation system sucks! They lie a lot! How are you still in business w/this practice??? Please develop common sense and change this policy back quickly!
