DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. I've brought phones over to them and they have without a miss give me my phone back with something else broken. All for me to come back and they point the finger out at me. I was assumed of lying, (to be honest). Talking to me as if I'm not telling the truth. I have a lifestyle I hold and it's no excuse can be very hard to get out in Buisness hours because my job! I've tried humbly doing good Buisness with them but the owner is not someone I'd want to ever give any services too. Never again. Not trusted. Love

My MacBook Pro charger cable unfortunately broke. I called Apple tech support, and was informed, due to the age of my computer, Apple no longer made replacement parts for my specific computer. I spent several days looking for a replacment part, and was unsuccessful nor did I have the finances to purchase a new computer. I randomly decided to stop by Experimax and was greeted by Leonard. I informed him of my situation and he was able to provide me with a replacement charger within a few minutes. I’m so grateful for Leonard and the service that he provided for me. Not only did he provide exceptional service, he provide a means for me to save some money and address an issue, I had no solution to solve. Would highly recommend Experimax for those looking to get their Apple products serviced.

This place awesome! They have a clean and neat facility, and are very knowledgeable of all apple products. Most recently I needed to get my son an iPhone for Christmas. They had several in stock, and the prices were great. They even gave me a 1 year warranty on a refurbished phone! If you have an apple device, or are in the market for one you need to look these folks up. You wont be disappointed! They will take great care of you! Thanks again Experimax team!

The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I went in to see if my son's 4 year old IPAD could be repaired. It was not cost effective to do so but we purchased the perfect replacement IPAD from Experimax. Our son has special needs and they understood that we needed a simple model without too many bells and whistles. What we got is perfect for him. They helped us transfer data and charge up the IPAD. We got the support we needed to replace his technology and our son is happy.

Each month, they donate 4-5 laptops to the non-profit Local Positivity, which then gives the laptops to individuals in the post incarceration sector, social services, rehabilitation, and single parents. These participants have improved their lives with the donations from Mr. Blue and Experimax of Richmond. Before and after testimonial from one of the participants: "I will use the computer to gain certificates in Computer Science so I so can freelance as a web3 developer. I dream to create applications and software’s that bring low-income communities together!Update: Edward has done very well with his laptop and has put it to great use. Has designed for churches and for the new AGENTS OF CHANGE in Fredericksburg. He helps the community in all aspects. He also has received an award from Failsafe-ERA 2nd chance award for returning citizens. Edward also became a full-time employee for Genesis in Stafford VA". This has all happened for him because of the initial donation from Experimax of Richmond. The possibilities are endless for these individuals because Experimax of Richmond has gone above and beyond. They provide laptops that are functional with a full Microsoft office package, so the participants can go on their computer and move towards their dreams. I am so grateful for Experimax of Richmond. If you need a new battery for your Mac take it to the Apple Store...I took my 2016 MacBook Pro here to get a battery replacement. Everything went smoothly at first, the drop off was easy and my computer was ready within a couple of hours. The battery was fully replaced and was cheaper than taking it to the Apple Store. However, after 2 months of regular use my computer completely died on me out of blue. I took my computer to the Apple Store and when they examined it they said that the battery was ripped out and a new battery was soldered onto the motherboard. I assumed this was normal but the technician at the Apple Store told me that when they replace batteries on their computers they completely replace the keyboard, trackpad, and the components housed under it. I was told that essentially the new battery shorted out my computer completely and that it would cost too much to repair so I should look to get a new computer. I can't speak to their other services but if you need a new battery don't take your Mac here to get it replaced. Instead, take it to the Apple Store to save yourself from having to purchase a new computer.

Great shop and great service. I tried to fix a sticky key myself (big mistake), and broke the key in the process. In like 5 minutes Leonard took care of me. 100% recommended.

Came in to get my phone screen repaired, staff was awesome and professional, Ethan, max, and Leonard were amazing. I was in and out in 30 minutes, 10/10 would recommend to anyone down in Richmond!
