I brought my wife’s iPhone 11 in for a screen repair. They did a diagnostic, and replaced the screen for a decent price. A few months later, the screen COMPLETELY SEPARATED from the phone. Upon bringing to to a different location, I was informed that when the screen was replaced last time they DID NOT PUT THE SCREWS IN. So now I need to pay even MORE to get the screen AND speaker replaced, AND the phone’s Face ID function has been irrevocably destroyed!
Save yourself the trouble and go to Fruit Fixed instead.

Thank you so much Experimax. I am a student in my senior year of college for my B.S. in Healthcare Administration Management. I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.
