Thank you so much Experimax. I am a student in my senior year of college for my B.S. in Healthcare Administration Management. I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.

Because the first review got removed some how but they did some work for me a while back on my iPhone. I notice that the screen had yellow tint spot and technician assured me it would go away or they would fix it free of charge. Ok 2 weeks later screen went out again so I return to the Main St location. Just for them to charge me again, they said they didn’t know who technician was that had help me, as you know they are not cheapest in town and they treat certain people a certain way in that location. When owner first opened I did business with him twice and he was polite did great job but since Covid I guess those values went out the window. I didn’t even put up an argument plus I thought it was staff issue, I asked if they would honor the warranty cause I had my receipt. Just to say the yellow spot wasn’t their technician fault. Blamed the screen and shipping and handling but then said they would not honor another warranty if phone broke again. Even tho there was no foul play on my behalf. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a head full of feelings that no one should to have to go thru when clearly it was their fault. Sad

Experimax is a top notch, one stop shop for fixing all of your apple issues. Mr. Blue and Justin are the best!! I brought my 2015 MacBook Pro with an OLD operating system and they installed a new one in no time at all! I haven't been able to use web-browsers and other aspects of my laptop in months and they fixed it for me, no problem, and quickly, too. Thank you so much, Experimax!

I work in the James Center and always use this location to help me with my phones over the years. Couple cracked screens here and there, and they always took care of it quickly and efficiently. This time, I am having a simple issue of not being able to hear people when they call me. Inevitably having to put them on speaker phone, and being in an office, that grew tiresome having to find private spots to hold calls of any sensitive nature. Justin happened to be in today and I popped in to ask if there could possibly be something inside muffling the speaker, and he said he’d take a look and also checked the settings. When I came back, he was finishing up(less than 10 minutes) and had me call his phone. What a difference! Can’t recommend this place enough, they’re always super helpful and very knowledgeable. Also, they don’t make me feel bad for not knowing a thing about electronics! Bonus, for sure.

I set an appointment for Monday at 10:00 am. I showed up a little early. However, 10am arrived there was no one there. I saw on the door. It said return at 10:30. I waited till 10:30. No one still showed. I called their sister store, who asked me if I had received a confirmation email in which I did. But apparently I was supposed to receive a confirmation email from the store itself. They offered me to visit the sister store. But after finding a place to park, paying for parking, and waiting around. I wasn’t going to their sister store. Also apparently they have limited hours of operation.

They are the best, the owner is amazing, he was very passionate at providing the best service possible. He kindly upgraded my phone at no extra cost ensuring I had the best customer service experience. They are always friendly passionate about helping others needs. They give you that feeling of family not just a business but make you feel like family. Their business is very clean and the owner is a military veteran like myself. He is very kind and humble and eager to help his customers. They go above and beyond customer service.

This place is absolutely perfect! I had a few issues with my drive so I came here too get answers on what the problem could be and how it can be fixed because I knew I couldn't do it myself. Experimax was able to fix my drive for me, I am super excited. I recommend this place to anyone who needs help with computer issues. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely come back when I have any problems in the future. Thanks
