Great team at 5202 W Broad St! With my first unit, Alex helped me so much, going out of her way, and Shalawnda is an excellent manager and very helpful. I've just rented a second!
Update a year later: Shalawnda Henry is still so incredibly helpful and easy to work with! Thanks for such great service!

I had the pleasure of working with Shawanda Henry who was fast, kind, and efficient. I was in a rush to get my few items in storage and she made she I made my timeline for the day. I just moved to Virginia and had a lot to do. Great service.

Don't be fooled by the current 4.9 star review. My experience was the exact opposite. My unit was completely rat infested, requiring removal and deep cleaning of all items, with several items completely ruined. There are gaps in unit walls that allow rats to move freely from unit to unit. I did not have any food in my unit, rather there was evidence of rats using my items for nesting. I called to notify of possible infestation months ago and no follow up or action was taken. Typical bait and switch on pricing. I started my lease one year ago at approx. $50/mo and by the end, 12 months later, I was being charged approx. $150/mo. Good riddance!

Clerk was very nice and helpful. Unit was ready to move in when we arrived. There's construction going on at this moment but otherwise parking and access is ok.

Infested with rodents! Prepare for your belongings to be chewed up and rat turds to be all over your stuff and unit

What kind of company signs a storage agreement with you in January for $117 per month and within 2 months sends a non-descript card in the mail notifying you that they will be raising the rent to $197 per month. THAT IS A 68% INCREASE WITHIN 4 MONTHS. While I am sure that they think I will take the easy route and just pay the additional monthly fees, they would be incorrect. I will get my things out of there. I will not be beholden to crooks.
