Handily the worst 7 eleven in the city. Not the store or location- just the staff. They close randomly all the time, they are generally rude pretty much all the time, I live around the corner and have given them 100 attempts to not be the very worst and they just fail every single time.

Girl cashier is completely rude and to prove a point I helped another employee to get told by her umm can't you see I'm right here then another day snatched my order from another employee because of the last incendent and forgot my cigarettes she need to be gone! 0 customer service!!!

I have been to this station dozens of times while visiting family in Richmond. It's on the way from Monument Avenue to the entrance to Interstate 95. I have often referred to it as the scary Exxon because it is on a very busy corner. Despite it's off putting appearance it's quick and convenient.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in to buy some candy they had on promotion but it didn’t ring up that way even the there were several signs. The female cashier was extremely rude, couldn’t take her eyes or attention away from the game she was playing on her phone. Said she didn’t care what the signs said and to let me know when I was ready to pay full price. Stay away.

Cool place to just stop by for gas and a quick snack or something. Please remember that this is not a full fledged 7-11 store.

Got in town late & this is 1 of the few 24 hour gas station listed in Google. Unfortunately, no bathroom. ?

Be aware, using your card outside at this gas station my card was compromised and somebody stole my card information and try to buy a ticket from a website name house travel. But it’s all good now !
