Love their shorts, very well made for active wear. Did not have success with pants or sweatpants, not as well made and on the short side. My biggest complaint is how hard it was to cancel, the rep kept insisting on making me offers until I had to keep repeating, just cancel my subscription over and over. Felt like I was trying to cancel my sirus subscription.

Today was my first time ever shopping here and I've gotta say my experience was amazing thanks to Laeli! She was amazing. I was greeted with smiles and kindness! She made my day! The clothes are great and the deals were unbeatable, so much so that I came back later in the day and bought another outfit. Thanks Laeli!

Had an amazing experience at Fabletics today thanks to the store manager, Claire, and her associate. I had member credits to redeem and she so kindly set aside outfits in my sizes that she thought I’d like - which she was spot on about! Not only that, but they showed an incredible amount of patience and kindness as my toddler was being fussy. Claire helped me redeem promo codes that I wasn’t aware of too! Honestly, her compassion was lifesaving after a personally challenging holiday season. Her kindness literally brought tears to my eyes. The quality of the outfits are great but it really comes down to experiences like this that’ll likely make me a life-long customer. :)

I have never written a negative review but the bad attitude by the salesperson was so off putting. It was clear that she thought my sisters and I were not worth her time or attention.

Had a great experience at this store! I normally only shop Fabletics online but the staff were so welcoming and accommodating that in-person will be my new norm! I truly appreciate Kayla for going above and beyond!! She got me the right sizes and helped coordinate membership credit outfits set up throughout my time there which isn’t something you see these days at most retail stores

I was interested in making a one time purchase for now but I was unknowingly enrolled into a subscription. I was charged for what I purchased and a month later charged for the subscription ( with this subscription there no merchandise).

This is about the WEBSITE. I got billed for a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for (or perhaps they put it somewhere in tiny print-either way, shady) and when I contacted PayPal, fabletics denied the case. I’ve seen other cases of this happening with fabletics. This makes me want to give this company zero business. Do better

Every time I go to this store, everyone is so helpful and nice to talk to. I've always struggled with body image issues and self esteem issues regarding it, so trying on clothes at stores has always been tough for me. But the people there, Angie and Kailyn I think, were really kind and encouraging about finding things that actually fits me and suits my body shape and made me feel really good in the clothes I tried on. It was overall a very nice experience
