This place is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all. Some of the staff is friendly and some are kind of rude. Their prices are outrageous. $250 for some vintage 501 Levi’s is crazy. A bunch of other shirts are marked at $25. Then after awhile they will slash the prices slowly til it sells. Seems to me that they would rather hold onto stuff than sell it to make room for new product. I understand mark up but not over eBay prices for them! Especially since they probably got it for free. When I asked to look at them they wanted a picture ID and my credit card… just ridiculous. I hope people don’t support this business and choose to shop at other thrifts (like liberation thrift across the street)!

This is a thrift store. Packed full of people. Unreal the prices thrift stores are charging these days.

I use to go to this store all the time. However, the most helpful and nicest employee does not work there anymore. She was the BEST EMPLOYEE and gave EXCELLENT customer service. We want Walida back!!!

This place has gone down tremendously. The management is a joke not friendly at all. They shouldn’t even have a job if they don’t know how to treat customers. They don’t keep staff always different faces. All the long time employees are gone. I use to look forward to their smiling faces. Now you have unfriendly staff that clearly don’t want to be there. Some look like they are on drugs. The store also has become so unorganized and overpriced. I don’t know what’s happened lately but please get your act together. I use to enjoy shopping here now it’s a complete turnoff. You have loss a long time customer.

Well-organized with lots of merchandise, but overpriced. A couple items caught my eye today but the price was too high for me. Dresses for $25, men's shirts $10-$20. Target brand dress priced at $10 when you can almost get them on sale new at that price. It made me sad. Prices were significantly higher than when I had last been here about a year ago. I used to love coming to this thrift but I probably won't go back.

HORRIBLY overpriced. which makes sense being that it's under the same ownership as family thrift. anything of any value is marked up, which would make sense if donations earned any commissions at all, but alas. greedy greedy greedy. not worth your time

I have been enjoyed finding something different and usable at my favorite Thrift Store in the Southside of Richmond.

Yall I love a good thrift store and this is one I check often. Great deals and donations go to helping our 4 legged friends, they had kitten adoptions last weekend, I just couldn't even with the cuteness. I've bought some really nice bracelets here. The people are super friendly too, which makes for a nice shopping experience. You could easily spend 30min here.

Employee must have been having a bad because of the rude comments while my family was shopping. The rare times to be able to relax and enjoy our time out as a family and it gets treated like that. Our shopping cart was full until that incident. We decided to shop away from the rudeness.

Family thrift store is trash, They jack up the price because of the name, everyone in the store is stealing they also trick Mexicans out of their money not to be trusted! The manager Correna don't like to work all she wants to do is sit in the office and punch numbers all day ??♀️ Lita the assistant manager ain't no better, I agree with someone else, she is very rude to customers and her staff, they will over work the good workers and give the bad ones days off! It was a young lady that works there and she was the only reason I came in the store, she was nice and polite, her conversation was good, That white old lady was nasty if she don't want to work don't come to work. They need to shut that store down and start over maybe just maybe they will be better and if they treat their employees better people will want to work for them! If they get Lita& Correna out and get some new people in and one more they they won't keep anyone up there for long!

Staff here weren’t very nice. They tried to kick customers out of the store before the store closed. I also paid for something and they didn’t put it in my bag. I’ve tried calling them several times and they aren’t answering the phone.

One of the best, if not the best thrift store in Richmond. Not quite as good as the ones in Norfolk, but not bad. The selection of men's shoes is almost always huge. I really wish they had the room like other thrift stores, because I know that they would utilize it much better

Everything is so expensive… defeats the purpose of going to a THRIFT shop. They wanted $150 for a 40 year old set of golf clubs. Very disappointed
