It's a decent thrift store. I've found some great stuff here over the years. Prices have gone up a bit though, more than other thrift stores but I'll occasionally find stuff at a solid price. I'm not a fan of them stapling their tags on items though. Its fine when its on a size tag, but i've seen it be stapled on the clothing itself which is a little concerning.

this place has been on a steady decline. used to be the pinnacle of a wide affordable selection - but the quality of the items has stayed the same over the years and the pricing on items has soared. more expensive than goodwill and for clothes in worse shape. you might as well go to a thrift boutique.

Prices are crazy ! I visited many thrift stores on the richmond area all the time, and this one is on another level ? regular shirts 24$ bucks yisssss open board games 10$ - 14$ ( open ) , regular toys 10$ that should cost 2-3 bucks. Anyways.

Is this real life?..do the people who own this place realize it is in fact a THRIFT STORE? Owners should be ashamed of themselves.$10 for a 10 year old Mini Boden toddler sweater with major pilling??HOW ARE PEOPLE STILL DONATING TO THIS PLACE??For the astronomical prices, can they at least invest in a tag gun?..why on earth are they stapling into the neckline of these clothes?..RUINED THIS BAMBOO SLEEPER.

This place used to be so good and affordable. Everything now is super overpriced. You might as well buy new clothes.

This is no longer the go to thrift store. No wonder the parking lot stays empty. I went for some casual men shoes & they have the nerve to have $34 on them!!!! I left and went to Marshall's and got them for the same price. The nerve to charge that much for free and used.

Decent thrift store for gently used clothing and other home goods. Nearly identical to a Goodwill, but the prices always seem to be slightly higher.

Generally, good service and great deals. However, I wanted to look at some of the "boutique" shoes and told I could not even look at them until the person returns from break. 30 minutes later this seems to be a poor way of doing business.

Far too expensive and nothing worth buying, even for normal thrift prices. I expect to spend $5 or less per item, not $15 or $20 at this store.

Very expensive clothing, to the point where you might as well buy new. Staff seems to keep a close eye on you if you look like a college student, it feels like they expect me to steal or something and it makes me very uncomfortable each time I go. I think I may just stick with Diversity Thrift from now on (items that are $19.98 here are $2.75 there).

The clothing is too expensive, Many of their shirts are at least $20, which is the same price as a regular store. The workers also watch you very closely the entire time, and their selection wasn't the greatest. There are better thrift stores in Richmond.

Security guard came up to me personally in the store and told me you can't put your bike near the entrance of the store, harassed me, then moved my bicycle out of the way somewhere else just targeting me in the store. this place is a dangerous area, I don't want my bicycle stolen again. Never go here. Place is a dump anyway. Employees are rude
