$24 for what cost me $16 elsewhere. I also seen gas for $2.60 in Richmond and they are charging $3.07. Don't support this kind of greed.

9/25/24, I arrived at the fast Mart at 11:45 PM, 15 minutes before closing, and there was a group of people in the parking lot that yelled at me “the store is closed“. I continued to be harassed by them, and had to ask the employee to let me into the store to purchase what I needed. google says that the store closes at 12 AM today. If you arrive anytime within 30 minutes before the closing time of the store, you will be treated with hostility and bad service. I live in the neighborhood; the location and convenience of that store is important to me, and the service has been very poor.

This establishment needs to be held accountable. I have NEVER in my adult life experienced what I have experienced and witnessed at this place of business. The parking lot is always dirty and trash overflowing. People blowing smoke in your face when you walk through the door. Merchandise always piles up. You never know who works there and who don’t cause no one has a tag or uniform. The HOURS are not correct on website which is considered false advertising and I have stopped there to get gas the past few weeks from work and the door is locked at 11 pm. i am feeling like this should be reported to the Attorney general office as a consumer complaint as this time. It the only place to get gas for awhile if you live toward Henrico and if that is not the hours people could get gas somewhere else so they don’t run out. We will let the Attorney General office help fix those hours and settle with them for false advertising and misleading the paying public.

Hours are incorrect. The only thing open a 6am are the pumps the store doesn't open till 7am.

Literally never open when they should be. AND 30 MINUTES FROM WHEN!?? How do we know when 30 min up. It’s literally 10 people outside rn confused.

I’m not a regular here but I’ve visited a few times on work assignments. Clean store. There is always someone at the register. BP gas pumps in the parking lot. Big parking lot with plenty of parking. There is a Sbarro inside. No inside dining area.

I'm sitting here at the store says it opens at 6 am ..but I guess the employees at east main Richmond VA can open the store when ever they please they said they not going to open till seven..with customers sitting outside waiting .

They close whenever they want. Constantly showing up even hours before they are supposed to be closed and the lights are eoff and doors closed with no notice.

All of the gas pumps are broken. Don't bother going inside to pay, the cashier will just tell you to take your business elsewhere. Which I did to the Exxon down the street. Much nicer over there.

Absolutely horrible I got horrible I got horrible customer service from a gentleman that works there try to call works there tried to call to inform the manager and she threatened to call the law on she threatened to call the law on me if I called back so I would highly suggest so I would highly suggest running out of gas and pushing your car up a hill it's in pushing your car up a hill before going to that gas station

Went in to get a bag of chips and a water. Stood at The register for 5 minutes while an employee just stood there. I saw her counting money so I just waited. Never was acknowledged or told "be right with you" all the while singing rap lyrics and still acknowledging my existence. When finally asking her to check me out she said she was gonna go get a guy from outside. I asked if she can just do it. She huffed and puffed and rang me up with nothing else said. Work ethics need to change
