Employee did not know there was size small shipping boxes in the store (I found them at the front counter of the store). She told me I’d have to use the large box which would’ve been wayyyyyy too big. She tried to get me to come take the large box even when I held up the small box in front and said “This is a small.” She did not understand Fed X terminology for shipping. For example: I wanted the package to go the least expensive way but guaranteed delivery 2 days later. She had NO idea what I was talking about. She was rude as well. A man came in (regular customer or her friend) while I was there and even though I was already in line she held me up to chat with him. Totally unprofessional and what a horrible rep of the company.

Fake FedEx. As another reviewer already said, this is not a FedEx location. They do not have any supplies at all, not even envelopes. It’s just a pick up and drop off location, so if you need an actual FedEx then go somewhere else.
