I don't know where to start, this store is always amazing, the people that work there are always friendly, and very knowledgeable, today I went there and had the pleasure of working with Christian, I had some business to take care of and what I thought would take hours to do, Christian took care of in less than 10 minutes, I'm sure you already know what an asset it is having him work there but today he went well above what I had expected, Thank you for making it all look so easy, I won't ship anywhere else, take care & have a great day !

Zero stars. Went in to send a package. Was approached by an employee named Patrick who wanted me to use the drop box. I declined and waited in line. He continued to tell me to use the drop box twice more and I continued to decline.
I walked away to another line to get away from him. He followed me and made snide, rude remarks about needing to teach me something.
I walked away from him again to another line. He followed me again and continued to be rude and condescending so I walked away again. After more snide comments from him I told him not to get snooty with me.
He said, “Don’t get snooty with me! If you don’t like it, you can leave the store!”
So I left. Won’t be back.

The person receiving packages could not have been more gracious and helpful. They have a handy diy station for printing labels at this location which was very easy to use. Very bright and organized operation. This location is convenient, in the Target plaza

It's become obvious why this location's rating is low. Today I went to drop off a package around 4pm and they were CLOSED. Yeah, we had some snow yesterday so what. Every other store in the Libbie Place shopping center was open at the time I was there... Just reinforces the poor image FedEx has made for itself over the last 15+ years.
What a shame, at one time FedEx was the gold standard.

Hours on Sunday say from noon - 6pm. I got there a little after 12 and there were employees saying they’re not open and to come back in an hour. I wanted to pick up an item I had sent to this store on the way back home and I refuse to make another 10 mile trip there to get it. I don’t have time for games.

I planned my trip to print several business docs, and expected this store to be open as it is supposed to be, but I arrived at 12:50 and as I approached the entrance I was informed by an employee on the sidewalk firmly that the store was locked up. After some further questions that became somewhat confrontational, I finally discovered there was no manager there to open the store. It seemed unprofessional to me but not unlike brusque responses to questions and requests I have open experienced at this store in the past. It is not the most well run and user friendly environment but I have used it in a pinch when I’m not able to get to the one on Midlothian. There seems to be a management problem here, as often the people at the counter seem to lack people and customer service skills like this employee who met me at the door. They seem to act as if they are not trained well to do their jobs, and they are uncertain how to best provide service. I will surely avoid this location in the future.

I had to ship back some large items for work and Natisha and Zion were extremely helpful and polite. There was some confusion and back and forth with my boss so I ended up coming in and out of the store a few times, and again they were so thorough and explained all of my options until I got a final confirmation from my boss on the route we wanted to go with for shipping. It was such a pleasure to have them help me out with my shipping needs.

Christian was very helpful. I needed 2 pages printed at the last-minute. I placed the order very late the night before and sent an e-mail to the store. I knew I may have to wait. After all, my procrastination is NOT their emergency. Before I could call when they opened, he had already printed the document and responded to my e-mail. I was able to stop by quickly and make it to my appointment on time. The lady at the cashier counter was pleasant and courteous when I came to pick up. Thank you!

Awful customer service. Employees are useless, incompetent and truly unintelligent and worthless. They do nothing to help, have attitudes, and would give 0 stars for this review if possible. Do not use them at all costs

The female employee I interacted with there was condescending and I didn't appreciate that. You shouldn't be demeaning to customers like that.
