I have nothing but good things to say about this location! First of all Mikayla was an absolute delight! Very customer service friendly, I felt welcomed and valued! Then the look of this Firestone is amazing! Might be worth the extra miles for the great service and beautiful lobby!! Highly recommended location!

Normally a 10 with a very friendly and accommodating sales staff and lead tech is always friendly and informative. An 8 this time even though the car was done quickly, I had to reschedule because your app doesn’t line up with their schedule of open times and doesn’t work half the time. Also, some small things: after I received my vehicle back, my plug-in fragrance was unplugged and the part that gives off the fragrance was on the floor behind the second row seating. The paper mat they placed in my front floor area was left in my car and trunk effects were left a little scattered. Overall, excellent and they even place my donut back under my car. I trust Firestone for all my automotive needs.

This is probably the first time I understood everything being done with my car. I have been to this firestone about 2 other times in the past few years and the process wasn’t as smooth nor were the people involved as friendly and communicative BUT this time around it was perfect. Emmanuel and Makayla(misspelled?) were very helpful at the front desk making sure I did an inspection instead of a diagnostic which saved me $100 literally. I didn’t feel like they were trying to push a sale on me, they were truly helpful. Also Owen who worked on my car helped me understand every detail of what would be worked on and called me with updates in perfect timing. It was a great experience for me. Would definitely come back as long as the three staff I interacted with reflected the quality of care the rest of the staff there holds as well.

Dropped off a? car for vehicle inspection and AC (blowing hot air) check on 7/1/24 was told it would be inspected , repaired and back on Wednesday (ok the 4th was Thursday) didn't get the car back until almost closing on Friday 7/5/24. Maybe 10hrs later after leaving and spending almost $2k in charges (replaced the AC compressor) the AC is blowing hot air again. Talk to the manager and he says his AC guys don't work on the weekends and if we dropped it off AGAIN!! it'll be Monday or Tuesday when they would look at it.
So a customer has to return their vehicle and be inconvienced again ( techs should be held accountable) because the vehicle wasn't repaired correctly the first time and after they had it for 4 days and in the middle of the summer they don't work certain staff on the weekends. Noticeably the staff has changed here and it seems for whatever the reason it seems now they ALOT! younger techs.....so how much experience do they have?? Read the reviews they don't lie this is crazy.

I love ? there service and honestly. The store Manager Brian is fantastic to work with,and makes every visit a positive experience. I already have told friends, and they were treated honestly and fairly. Which you don't see very much out there anymore.

I used to highly regard this Firestone and previously had a glowing review for them up here for the past 4 years.
However over the last year and a half, their service has diminished. They now take forever to get around to even looking at your car when you drop it off. For example, during my last visit, I dropped it off Sunday night to have them do an oil change, state inspection and check my start button. Instead of getting a call within the next two days, I sat around and waited and never heard anything from them. I eventually called them after 3 days and they lied and told me they'd get to it that day. Another two days passed and I heard nothing. I gave them one more chance and called them again and they said they'd get to it today. Well around closing time, I heard nothing from them and went by to look at my car.
Sure enough, my car was sitting where I had parked it on Sunday and had obviously not been touched. I was so unhappy with the dishonesty and horsing around, I went in and asked for my keys. The lady at the counter acted like it wasn't a big deal and handed them to me and just gave me a smirk and said "sorry about that".
Well I am sorry about it too. I used to love this Firestone, but with horrible service like this, I'm not taking my car to them anymore.

I don’t really write reviews but I had an amazing experience at this location!
I had recently got an oil change at one of those 5 minute oil change places and no one at that store could tell me why my car was leaking oil or coolant a day after I left their location.
Long story short Firestone was able to accurately find the leak and solve my problem in a timely manner. Turns out it was an oil pressure switch . The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. This whole experience gave me peace of mind to drive again! I am very pleased with this shop. 5 stars !

Was quoted 3 different prices and then was there
more than 1.5 hours over what I was told I would be by 3 different people. I appreciated being able to be a walk in but when I continued to ask for updates and was told the same thing each time and then a manager came to say " well we can just stop where we are and be done instead" is absolutely unacceptable. I never raised my voice, cussed or blamed. All I said was I didn't understand what happened to cause the extra time and how even with my asking for updates was never kept updated but anyone. The staff was kind and helpful besides the manager Brian. Unfortunately his impression will keep me from coming back to this location. I wish I would've gone elsewhere.
