Nail polish rub off and they only wanted to take 10 off ten out the service even though I was willing to pay to have my color redone. What happened to customer service and making sure to provide utmost customer service.

I don’t recommend. My full set was rushed even though I called ahead and asked if they were available, which they said yes. I left with bubbles on multiple nails and just a day later my gel polish chipped. Also the length of my nails didn’t match, both pointer and pinky finger on both hands. Will not be going back.

The absolute worst full set ever! Mail tech was rude and rough. Made every excuse for why my nails looked terrible. I will never come back.

I was a walk in for a mani pedi and at first they were unable to do the pedi because they were short handed. During my manicure, the gentleman came and said if I didn't mind waiting, they could do the pedicure. I'm so glad I waited . The ladies did awesome work, were friendly and I their professionalism was great! I HIGHLY recommend them!!Services: Gel manicures

I moved to the area about a year ago from downtown Richmond.I was happy at my old location it was just a little far for me so I decided to go to this place ,but after a few times when I didn’t get a pedicure my bill was always different each time the total would be $38 to 49 sometimes even more so I started to keep my receipt until yesterday I noticed why it was so high .when you get a fill taking off of polish and reapplying at the end should be includded here it’s $5. To remove 14 to reapply gel polish and 10 for two nail art and fill $21. So at the end you get a bill for $50 or more if they feel like throwing in anther charge it’s ridiculous.don’t go their rip you off.only great thing there is the pedicure girl Jennifer super nice .I’m sorry but I won’t be coming backServices: Pedicure

I am from out of town but visit my sister on a regular basis and since she lives across the street and she comes here every two to three weeks. 1)First time they gave a nail tech that did terrible job. My 4yr old niece could do a better job.2) I went back to show them and the owner said she could fix them for regular price3) Well we really dont know what regular price is because i visited this establishment 3 times and my prices where always different and more for same service.4) My sister got her nails done again 1-30-2023. Her price was higher so she qent home and reviewed all her past receipts and they where all different.5) you can call till your blue in the face and they never answer. Making you think they are busy , but when you walk in its empty and techs are napping.. Now we know why.. We will never again use this business again!!!Service: Acrylic nails

I went for the first time. The arm cushion at station had old shavings / dust visible. I asked her to clean it before I place my skin on it , she got a instant attitude. She sprayed the cushion, with some of it landing on me. No apology. I told her she sprayed me, nothing.Will not be returning!
