Won’t return to shop here. Came here to look for Christmas items and store was totally ram sacked. Tried to find what I could and reminded by employee that they were closing soon. Understood. As it came down it was constantly another employee at the register blurting out the minute every damn minute. It was not the 9:00 mark yet. We were looking at merchandise that had been thrown to front in boxes but not unpacked. I said forget it we get to the register and all of them were shut down except one even though we weren’t the only two people in there. Two employees up front, one starts unloading the register I believe, and the loud one sits on her phone. The way she was acting I mean from my past experiences, that it must’ve been a busy closing night. The two were talking at the register the whole time we were in there when they could’ve helping us with those said boxes and the upkeep of that store. We got to the car and it just hit 5 minutes past 9:00pm. Again I don’t care whether they pull the merch out or not because I won’t be back.

First sign of profiling in certain areas is when the self checkout lanes are closed. Will not return to this location. Am not sure if west end's lanes are all open but wouldn't be surprised if they were. Theft rings in west end are huge too, so....

racial and economic class profiling happening at this store with employees. Why would have self check out lanes if store policy changed where customers are not allowed to scan their own items. one employee walked off in mid conversation with me cuz she did not want to stand to watch me scan my items cuz i was going to let her scan for me which lead to the other associate female didn't have great attitude either when i said it was not best practice for an employee to walk to back of the store to get another leaving the front of store unattended. this store is highly not welcoming like other five and belows and one feels like associates follow them around. this happen at the 3pm hour on friday 6/21/24.
the company needs to bring back regular cash registers if it is going to be store policy to ring up customers instead of using "self check out technology"

I had a friend experience something horrifying - she was returning a $5 item with the receipt and the person forced her to stand and watch her watch the camera to make she wasn’t stealing the item. Completely ridiculous and I will never shop at this location after hearing this awful experience. Shame on this employee!

Lots of great items! My little girl loves this place and it doesn’t break the bank. You can leave here with all sorts of things for cheap. Unless you buy everything :)

I'm not really impressed with this new store. There is not enough merchandise, and 1 employees im guessing she's a supervisor talks so loud.

Really big store. Lots of things from pet supplies to home decor and clothing as well as games, arts and crafts, and work out gear. Almost anyone can find something good in there. But I will say that with inflation it's not all below $5 like it used to be. Saw some things that were $8 but that may have just been for Christmas but I doubt it. Also... No cashiers. It's all self checkout.

Selection wasn't super great, and the registers are all self-checkout. Register didn't want to apply the advertised discount for the nail polishes I picked out, but the lady overseeing the self-checkouts was super helpful and friendly. Store is kind of messy.
