Clerk overly stressed out over problems with previous customers credit card transactions, when she got to me, I was just given short answer excuses on why my part can’t be found, even asking me if I have a part number, it was very obvious that she had no idea of what my part was even though I gave her my trucks, Vin number year make and model, what a wasted trip to Richmond, va from Suffolk Va.

Generic truck parts... See FleetPride in any city where they are, but if you like good service, diversity and good energy, stop by FleetPride in Richmond, off of Commerce Rd. I've been trucking for 9 years and there's just something different about the energy I get from FleetPride and all of the employees I've met there. They make me feel extremely comfortable... Far more comfortable than many other places, and they typically have what I need.. Even during this shortage we have been in. These guys are the truth, and there's a lot of years of experience behind the desk. I see this FleetPride employee group as the future of what this part of trucking looks like and should be. ???? Worst customer service out of all my vendors. Fail to deliver parts holding up jobs and customers and then still fail to deliver on the next day after being guaranteed they were out for delivery. This has happened SEVERAL times.
