I bought a pair of shoes for my husband yesterday. Because they didn't fit, I took them to return them today, but they wouldn't let me return them. They gave me all kinds of excuses. I advise everyone not to shop at this store.

I means it’s Foot Locker so there’s nothing specific about the store or merchandise I can say. If you know then you know. So regarding the staff, they were all friendly for the most part and helpful. They even tolerated my grandson who’s a toddler and attempted to reorganize the shoes on the wall and help wherever he thought was needed lol! They were very kind to us both. Will come back again whenever I’m visiting the area.

I was in the 07951 Location, Friday April 5th for a pair of New Balance which was displayed on the wall, and I was told by Leniya that the match was sold with a mismatch size. I came back the next day to see the SAME shoe displayed again and was helped by a different worker who was VERY helpful and tried her best to find the other match. Her supervisor, Leniya was still no help, in which made it seem like she was trying to keep the shoe for herself.

Never leave without checking your pickup in front of them , I picked up without checking and they've sold me a used shoes , 10minutes after leaving the store and wore it for one time it didn't take more than 15 minutes.I came back and explained what's happening but they kept telling me no return and we didn't sell you a used shoes. You'll see the difference between the shoes they've sold me and a similar shoe from the store. IAM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE SMALL WHITE COTTON PARTS , IAM TALKING ABOUT THE SHOES STICKER , And explained to them that one wear cannot make the sticker look like this but no result. If there was a 0 star I would put it

Went in with my eight year old. Not one greeting from the four standing around. Only customers in there, and all I heard was N word this, N word that. Loudly and repeatedly. I turned and said to the only decent one, come on, language. She immediately said hey guys there is a kid in here. The one girl said, he be aight. Do better. Not one have a good day when leaving either.

Found the 12s in here and the Easter joints (don't know what number they are) so this foot locker is good with me cus I never find anything in the other ones in the area. The other stores let the people who resale buy them all out and I'm not paying $700 for a pair of shoes that only cost $190 or less.
