Don't go here if you need a proper job. I had an artwork to be framed for an important incoming art exposition in New York. After two weeks they delivered a poor work, the print was completely waved and poorly glued to the support. And I paid 100$ in advance fro a 16" simple black frame. Instead of apologies and telling me to come back the next day to have the artwork framed properly, I've been attacked for questioning their quality (that in this case was terrible) and I was offered a refund. I accepted it but I lost two weeks and I'm now in a very bad situation with the show I have to attend.1 star cause I can't give zero.

Very poor service, dropped off 2 items to be done, very smile stuff, they said it will take 3 weeks, it’s been 6 and still done !! Very expensive also !! I would shop around for another frame shop if I was you !!

John is truly passionate about framing the art and pieces you bring to him. We have had several pieces frmed at Fralin, and John's matting and framing suggestions are always perfect. Fralin is the only place in Richmond to have your art and precious items framed.
