  I don’t normally leave reviews but was truly moved to by Virginia’s excellent customer service! She had so much enthusiasm, patience, and care throughout my whole experience. She helped me search high and low (and in the back of the store!) for 12 of one specific type of earring for my bridesmaids. She was so kind and positive with all customers—definitely give her a raise! Y’all are lucky to have her 🩷

  Such a beautiful location! The staff were very helpful and helped prepare a dressing room while selecting items. I loved the unique styles, great discounts, and beautifully organized displays! I not only found 1, but 2 of my new go-to dresses for fall. I’m so excited to wear my new items!

  We’ve just been shopping at Short Pump and my nieces and I were so impressed with the kind ladies working there! Virginia and Mia were wonderful to talk to and so helpful!   I love shopping from this store, they have fashion clothes and stylish earrings and Accessories. When the store closed in the first floor I was sad because this is my favorite store but week ago I found the store open again in second floor with bigger spot. ♥️

  This has become one of my favorites stores to shop in and it’s all because of the staff. The assistant manager, Virginia, is absolutely fantastic! That girl needs a raise. Virginia is so personal and friendly and ridiculously helpful. She knows what garments are in her store and she knows exactly what would look good on your body, your skin tone, your hair and eye color. She is literally a personal shopper and she knows what she is talking about! Virginia is so sweet and she is the reason I will continue to shop there time and time again!

  I cannot thank them enough for their service. Online purchased dress didn’t seem to be here on time for my daughter’s school dance and I told Alexis the situation via phone call and she tried her best to find the same size in their shipment and offered slightly different but even better dress and gave us price match and held the dress to try on .. that light blue dress was even better and perfect for winter theme!! She sent the photo using her personal phone and gave suggestions and followed up on canceling the original order and everything. Went out of her ways to help out on this dress situ. Something personal shopper might do but was a rare experience from the store I might have been there twice. The other lady(don’t know her name) was also so helpful and just a wonderful experience that people are still trying and making efforts to be nice and kind as such. Hope someone who’s the owner might read this post and give her a great compliment and compensation. You have great awesome workers here! ?We”ll definitely visit again if my daughter ever needs something from their store

  This is our go-to store, my sister and I love this chain. This location definitely gets 5 stars from me! I ordered two dresses online but weren't the right size for me. I called the store to see if they had my size in the store and the lady that helped me was so nice and helpful, they held the dresses for until the next day. They were so nice.
