The rep I mostly interacted with, Takako Cullison, was wonderful. Made things easy to understand and my wire was done quickly.The teller, whose name I believe is Travis, on the other hand, had an attitude problem. Everything I asked was answered in a very rude way, the instant he was done talking to me he called his buddy on the phone and started talking again, who he had been talking to when I walked in. "Gotta go, man, someone just walked in. (Looks at me, clearly annoyed, says in a flat tone) What can I do for you" Asked me to sit down, didn't explain what I was waiting for, I had to specifically ask. When I did so, he raised his finger at me without even looking at me, even though he wasn't on the phone. Then he sighed deeply and informed me he was seeing if someone was available. Maybe his partner cheated on him and he just found out - he was THAT unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. Openly showed me loathing and annoyance.

For a small bank it is spot on. Tellers always know your name, service is quick and accurate. Manager is okay but often busy. CSR in office is a little distant, not as friendly, does not seem as successful with one on one interactions...
