“The support we received was phenomenal as we prepared for and then experienced my grandmother’s passing. I appreciated the quick and no-fuss estimate received online and their willingness to speak with me on the phone to clear up any follow-up questions I had. When the inevitable happened, they were prompt and arrived within 30 minutes of calling just after 3 AM. They treated my grandmother’s remains with the utmost dignity and respect she had earned in her 91 years of life and the gentlemen who came to take her were so thoughtful and kind to my family. Cremation was prompt and they brought her ashes to my home just a few days later and were again so kind and positive during a very difficult time for me. I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend them to my closest friends and loved ones. After going through this with my grandfather and my parents (all of which were cremated through a different traditional funeral home), I would never go that route again. I will be updating my own arrangements to specify my preference for Cremation Choice of Virginia to handle my own arrangements when the time comes. Thank you!!!”
