Very kind and patient staff here. Came in at the end of the day to try and pre order the switch 2 and had a lovely experience. I wish I got the staffs' names, but the man had long dreads, and the woman said she was the only woman that works there. Both very wonderful!

The customer service was excellent; the young man and woman were both very helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them about current events and life for a while after making my purchase. I highly recommend you visit this location and check them out.

Service at this store is horrible I was at the register with an employee try to purchase something and a manager jumped in and said I couldn't purchase not knowing I did the day before but apparently he wasn't trying to hear it so I took my business to Mechanicsville and they said i able and i did twice. Laburnum lost a customer. Next time check before you deny service ?????

Staff was very nice and they had a lot in stocks. Even though being the day after Christmas they kept the line down and their customer service up.
