Was told a couple of weeks ago a console trade-in would be 20% additional credit due to current promotion. Came in with an Xbox Series trade in and told by the same sales rep it only applied if you purchased a game during the same transaction.Wasted my time.

Bought a used series x from this location, it was infested with roaches. Ruined our christmas morning. Giving 2 stars and not 1 because the guy returned it without hassle.

Employees of this store encourage theft. They leave the front door unlocked while exiting the store, leaving it unattended for 30 minutes or more at a time. They also lie about cash trade-in values in order to pocket the difference and get offended when you ask to see the screen. Avoid this store at all costs.

I have NEVER in my 30 years of living experienced something so terrible. First off, I'm very new to the area, but super familiar with gaming, as I am on a professional e-sports team. I decided to take a look around the local GameStop and get to know the workers since I was going to be in and out frequently. Boy was I WRONG. The second I walk in the place reeks of BO, and it was extremely potent once I got closer to who was working the counter. I introduced myself and he gave me a lackluster response and an eye roll when I mentioned that I did professional gaming for a living. His response was something along the lines of, "Pffft. Yeah for sure. You need to lose some weight and lay off the video games." I was so taken aback, all I could do was stare in disbelief. I immediately asked to speak to the manager to which he went to the back pretending to get the manager, but just came back out saying "You're speaking to him fatty." I again was in disbelief. I'm not one to cause a scene so as quick as I came in, I left. Never again will I come back there, not even if they were holding my wife and kids hostage. I hope that manager takes a shower and gets FIRED.

Awful experience at this location. Some guy, who I assume is the manager was way too passive aggressive and rude as I was just searching around. I do not recommend going to this location as long as this guy still works here.

Extremely pushy with their proprietary services. Dude automatically added their protection plan to my purchase, took it off when I told him I didn't want it, then after talking about how it's the smart thing to do in case something breaks, added it back to my cart without my permission and expected me to pay for it. "Just the cost of having fun" he says. After I say I don't want it several times. Terrible, pushy salesmen. I hate buying here every time.

ALL GAME STOPS ARE CORRUPT AND LIARS. They won’t let you return broken and faulty equipment even within a week. Essentially it’s a dirty scheme to never give anyone their money back, only opting for “identical swap outs” - this means the next time my controller breaks and it’s past their week long swap window I will be stuck with a worthless broken controller. Never going here again. What a terrible company that pretends like it cares.
