the girl named after a city (if you know you know) is annoying, weird, and rude. Openly expresses how much she hates her job. Customers don’t want to hear that. Keep it to yourself. Get a new job where you don’t work with people. Based on the amount of complaints about her I’m not sure why she isn’t fired yet.

Had a bad experience with “Phoenix”. Very rude and condescending and has absolutely no social skills at all and no business working in a customer service oriented environment. Not only has GameStop gone downhill with their new policies lately, my local GameStop has as well. I was going to grin and bear it but this employee was it for me. At the very least fix the store and get better employees, it didn’t used to be this bad.

I bought a used game. The cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for rewards and save 5% . She failed to tell me it was $25. I had no idea. That was more than the game. That was the second time I've ever bought a game from a GameStop. I looked at my receipt when I got out to the car and went back to try and get my money back. I paid with cash. She said she couldn't. I emailed GameStop (care) and someone responded within a few hours. They asked for the last 4 digits of my card and my bank institution. After I told them I paid with cash...I haven't heard anything back... At allThat is ridiculous service from that cashier and whoever I spoke with in customer service!!!

Shady service, had 2 controllers that had little drift which they’ve taken before for store credit since they sell refurbished equipment wouldn’t take them. Never coming to this store again definitely going to Best Buy where you get better service.

NEVER GO HERE - CORRUPT POLICIES - They won’t let you return broken and faulty equipment even within a week. Essentially it’s a dirty scheme to never give anyone their money back, only opting for “identical swap outs” - this means the next time my controller breaks and it’s past their week long swap window I will be stuck with a worthless broken controller. Never going here again. What a terrible company that pretends like it cares.
