My favorite location.
Estelle and Sharon and the rest of the gang are the absolute best.

I used to love this goodwill but I have noticed here recently things have Definitely changed.. They no longer have the merch that I'm used to seeing 😪. I have been coming here for years.I have found many Good fines at this particular goodwill.. But here in the past few months it has really gone downhill.I've noticed that also, they're not as busy as they used to be Probably due to some of the things that i've mentioned above.. It's unfortunate because I used to really love coming here.

Went in looking for some jeans. Found 2 pair this time. There is a Variety of clothing and household items. Suitcases, few weights for a mild workout, books and DVD's. Just have to come in with time and patience to browse.

I bought a pair of shoes yesterday in. The evening and those hurt me on the side of my feeth then when I went to the store they refused to change the shoes for anything, Good will said policy not exchange, but people there is poor if not we didn't be there. Trying to buy a little bit cheaper. Hope, dignity, independence and strength are some words that remain in the wall store, but this policy is not fair because all of us do not earn a lot of money. We the poor, and those store are doing business with donations. That why they need to see poor faces around trying to have some stuff because we have lack of money. If we rich we not there. Then what or where is the Good Will or those fake words on the wall. ????????????

03.29.24 Friday,
I wish I can put Zero stars because of my experience with cashier Estelle. She was very rude to me. I was with my mom shopping and my mom paid for the items and walked away looking at some shoes that are in the front of the store. I waited in line and other normal cashiers will give the change because I stayed waiting for the cashier. She looked at me with a disgusting look and looked for my mom and said if it was okay for her to give me the money… I had never had ANYONE say this ever. And Estelle REFUSED to give me the change. She says something about what if the person behind me gets it and I said ‘why would the person behind me get it if I’m still here waiting?’ And she kept going on and on and I have never dealt with this ever. Will I ever come back there and shop? NO! And you can thank cashier Estelle . Like I said, I wish I can put ZERO STARS, this location doesnt deserve any stars because of my awful experience

I really like this goodwill, they are my favorite in Richmond for dresses and shoes. They always have a ton of nice shoes, a lot of which are brand new it would seem. I've never seen it too busy here either, which can be a problem at other Goodwills. It's a medium sized Goodwill in a new-ish building so things are still pretty nice inside facilities-wise. They have a good parking lot too which is always a plus!

Great thrifted finds

We always hit them up when we're feeling thrifty due to it not only being the closest but also its likelihood of having items we could use or need. Typically well-stocked and offering new items frequently, like most Goodwills, you never know what you might find here.I'm honestly bummed that they've scaled down their DVD section so much, shrinking it down from a full double-sided display to a mere end cap. Even so, the five-for-five deal is a bargain that's hard to find anywhere else.
