The front management was kind, caring and took care of me. The mechanic explained everything well to me and took the time to educate me and the problem. They took care of me quickly and were upfront with the potential problems my car had. The problem ended up being way less and the fix cheaper than expected after they assessed it. But I appreciated them being upfront with me. The mechanic didn’t have space in the garage and did everything outside in the blazing 100 degree heat. Thank you!

Had to get a new tire and was very satisfied with their friendly staff. Mrs. Pandora was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend if you need new tires.

Went to this location today to set up a lift oil change, found out that Pandora is the Store Manager there now .I will tell allthe lift drivers to start coming to the Williamsburg rd location. She came from the competition on Nine Mile Rd

9 am appt on website not acknowledged by shop. 2 hour estimate for waiting turned to 2 1/2 and still no action. “Not our fault” indeed. Took the car away, won’t be going back.

I called to ask if you could check a trailer tire and you told me to come right in. William checked it and found a nail, put in a heavy duty plug and put it back together. I called Goodyear, did not have an appointment so Chris the manager told me to bring in my vehicle. I did just that and Chris was very polite. I lost my glasses and another customer turned them in to Chris, within 5 minutes Chris had called me and told me a customer had found some glasses in the parking lot and they was my glasses.I will definitely be returning to get my vehicle serviced and to purchase brand new tires. I will highly recommend the location on Williamsburg Road and asked for Chris.

I was traveling and had a flat tire. Called Fireside, NTB, and no one had a run flat tire for my car. Spoke with Chris and he said he could have a tire first thing the next day. Once I got to the shop, Chris did some calling and found a tire. So thankful for his professionalism and commitment to providing the best customer service and meeting the needs of the customer! Amazing Service!
