I want to give a huge thank you to The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for their exceptional customer service — no matter the time of day. I showed up at 5:24 PM, and even with closing time approaching, they welcomed me without hesitation and made sure I didn’t drive home in an unsafe condition.
They provided a quick, free service that helped more than I can express, and it genuinely put me at ease. Their team wasn’t just professional — they were caring, attentive, and committed to safety.
If you’re looking for reliable, respectful, and top-tier customer service, skip the local competition and come here instead. You won’t regret it.

Happy with the service here. They quickly took care of the nail in my tire and got it plugged. I'm particularly impressed with the woman at the front desk. After witnessing several interactions with different customers about various needs, it was clear how knowledge she is about the different vehicles, their needs, and the work required. I will certainly be returning, when needed!

The experience was amazing! They pointed out all my problems without it feeling forced or like they wanted just money. All the staff was amazing and very helpful throughout the entire process, if you ever have car troubles and want to work with reliable and caring people then definitely come here!

Called from Chippenham Pwky due to tire light on, Goodyear said bring it in, found nail, fixed it and on road again.. Highly recommend, great service!!!!

I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed. They were incredibly helpful by telling me what was going on with my car and scaling the urgency of any issues my car had. I’m not a car person, so I really appreciate that the young lady in the front explained each thing they found wrong with my car and whether or not I need to address it urgently. I don’t think I’ll be taking my car anywhere else.
I’ll note, other people said that this store doesn’t honor appointments. This is not true in my experience. An online appointment request is not the same thing as a confirmed appointment. If you’re in a time crunch, call to confirm to make sure you’re on your way and they’ll take great care of you!

They Failed my inspection because they said I have tent over my 3rd brake light you can clearly see through the back window and see my brake light something that would have been spotted way before the inspection but still decided to charge me 20$ and put a rejection sticker on my vehicle. I guess they needed the money that bad could have easily said your car won’t pass because of the tint which is pretty much see through ??? this place is a joke.
