I give Goodyear at 7004 Three Chopt Road in Richmond VA an A+ for the excellent customer service I received thanks to store manager Julie Zaryczny. Julie went above and beyond to service 2 of my cars in a timely manner so I was not without a running car. I recommend this business!

After I realized that I made an appointment at the wrong location, they were able to fit me in at this location, which I was so grateful for! I have a 5 month old baby and it’s hard for me to get out of the house, so I was thankful that I didn’t have to drive very far. At first they said I might have to wait until after the technician got done with lunch, but then the tech decided to get the job done before lunch. I had a flat tire and they patched it up very quickly. I was thankful to make it home before my baby’s nap time. Also very friendly staff! I will be back!

Took my car in for tires, the service manager talked me through all the tire options and helped me pick the best tires for my truck! Excellent customer service! Went above and beyond !!!! We need more people like this in the manager field! I will continue to use this location for all my tire needs in the future!

Today was my first time going here. the store manager is so easy to work with and personable. Got my car in and out and situated. Didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need. Will definitely be taking taking all my cars here for now on. Highly recommend!

Awful experience with their service manager, let's call her Nod. Brought the truck in for diagnostics. Nod gave us wrong info about the cost. Screamed over the phone at us and retaliated when we told her we will take it somewhere else. Also told us that their mechanics need to get paid, too. They were the last ones to change the oil, 2 months ago. Their diagnostics came back with no oil in the engine. Never had any issues until this new group that works there.

This location was recommended to me by a long-time customer when I needed to replace a tire, and they did not disappoint! Quick turnaround, very reasonably priced, and extremely understanding and helpful throughout. Would recommend them in a heartbeat

We came into the shop before it opened today (day before Thanksgiving) because our tire pressure light wouldn’t go off. The front desk was already staffed even though store wasn’t open….and the young woman at the desk went out of her way to help us. She let us know the schedule for the techs, since we assumed we had a nail somewhere. Then she went further and tested the air pressure and found that all tires were low….and once corrected, no more tire light! She didn’t have to support us this way, could have just let us wait, but instead proactively took the step she could. We really appreciate her extra effort and courteous friendly attitude!

What kind of terrible automotive facility doesn’t have a low profile jack? I mean, seriously, it’s 2024. Cars are lowered these days. What I think it is, is that they’re all lazy, and if they can’t put it on a lift, they don’t want to touch it. I would highly suggest staying away from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. on Three Chopt & Patterson near the Village shopping center. Absolute waste of time. My garbage harbor freight jack goes under my car just fine. Just needed two wheels balanced, and they couldn’t even do that. What a joke. All while five of their technicians are just standing there with their hands in their pockets.

Richard and his staff were truly lifesavers! I was unable to find the correct tire to replace my spare, and Richard helped us tremendously. He was extremely helpful over the phone, and I was greeted with even better service at the shop. Cannot emphasize enough how much he helped me out!

I dropped my car off Friday for a state inspection which I have done time and time again but this time was different. I called today (sat) to ask what time it would be ready so I could Uber back up there to get it and was told they do not do state inspections on the weekends. No one told me that when I dropped it off!! Now I have to Uber back up there to pick it up and then find ANOTHER PLACE TO GO BC I AM NOT GOING BACK THERE!!! I am so pissed!!

I took my car in last Saturday after I'd had a flat, and while various factors led to me waiting in the shop for three hours, I really didn't mind because things are run well. The credit really goes to manager Richard, who maintained clear communication and good cheer even when they had to deal with an unexpected mechanical problem with their lift and an unusually high amount of business for a Saturday morning. Observing Richard as he handles crises and customers would make a decent training session for anyone seeking to go into management/customer service. In the end, my tire turned out not to be damaged and rather than upsell me, they didn't charge me for checking it. Highly recommended.
