Takes advantage of customers. Told me my tire could not be patched and I would need to buy a whole new set of tires. Took it to an actual Goodyear tire shop and they had it fixed at no cost in less than an hour. Dont take your car to an tire shop that doesn't fix tires...

They never changed anything and charged me in cash 600 had to cross the street to withdraw money. Never put a part they said they would change. The guy who owns a dog named daisy is a real thief don't trust this place. Go elsewhere. Also the white older mechanic that did the work is in on their schemes!

I went to seredni tire & auto for a simple oil change, and pulled out of their parking area with a bolt in my tire. I went back because my vehicle was knocking as I pulled out, and headed a mile or so down the road. I explained the situation, they checked it out, and then basically blamed me, saying I must have ran over it as I was driving down the street, even though it happened on THEIR property. They didn't offer to fix it, or even apologize, considering it was THEIR FAULT. On top of all that, there is absolutely, NO PLACE to park when you arrive. Avoid this place like the plague.
