came in about a month ago on a very busy Saturday waited over an hour and finally got called up . My stylist was the lady right next to the window , whom I thoroughly explained to what I wanted. Asked for a mid fade and to be cautious with my hair on top as to I only wanted about an inch off . She completely butchered my hair and left a bowl around my head . I was in utter disbelief when I got home my wife attempted to fix it the top but gave up. Stylist kept “tweaking” the hair to her liking and kept trying to say I have a swirl in the back of my head meanwhile it’s just my crown or at least I had been told by multiple barbers before. Then at the end of the cut she slapped an insane amount of hair gel after I told her I only needed a bit. Not to mention during the cut she stopped multiple times to attend new incoming costumers all while dancing around and singing just being obnoxious and highly unprofessional felt a bit awkward. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I been going to great clips about 1yr. I started at midlothian store and found a good stylist then she was moved to Oxford Square. I'm now going to Oxford Square where my stylist is at. Francis does a great job, I think she deserves a raise, cause she is polite to customers and she talks to people, she makes people feel welcomed in the store.

What a trash cut. Nothing fancy, and it still is awful. Stay away.
Edit: Been in communication with the franchise owner who's pledged to make it right.

Absolutely butchered my hair. I have a very simple military style haircut (fade). Shaved the sides of my head bald and left a very uneven line. I had to fix the cut myself at home. Never had an issue in 30 years with this type of cut.

I got the worst hair cut from this place. They shaved one whole side of my head. It makes me look like a man and I am very feminine. I told the woman that I wanted it trimmed not bald. Will never go back and will tell everyone else not to go here. It is the worst hair cut I have ever seen. I could have cut it better myself. Don't do it!!!!

Stylist MaryAnn is fabulous. She pays attention to every little detail and wild hair. She doesn't rush you thru the cut. She works Wed-Fri afternoons until closing.
