I had a wonderful experience with AJ! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. It was fairly quick because I was already pre approved and I knew what I wanted, he made sure the vehicle was pulled to the front when I arrived, and I was in and out in less than 3hrs which is not typical at a dealership. AJ made the process seamless and was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend I love my new vehicle!

Service desk person was not so nice I guess because I am female or even better a black female. 2nd it took 2 hours to get an oil change that was scheduled.

I purchased a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander back in May 2024. Haley Ford was able to accommodate my budget and the monthly car note I desired. Dwayne Glaze picked me up and let me test drive it to the shop the same day I called. He made the entire process stress free along with his team. I called back with a recall concern and he reached back to me asap. . . I never had a Mitsubishi before and so far I am happy. They were fair and i experienced great customer service. .

Went to Haley Ford after having a horrible experience at Crossroads ford. Haley Ford was AMAZING!!!
The parts guy(Greg I think) was so helpful. He took the time to look at the part on my car that was needed and ordered it for me.

Last service my husband went there they bent up the step rail and broke the oil pan cover , nobody said anything . Not going back there for sure !

As a Hampton Roads resident that commute 4 days a week to the Chester area for work, one could imagine keeping up with the overall maintenance on a vehicle with that much road time is imperative. The team at this location display such awesome professionalism, courtesy, and are always willing to answer any and all concerns, before initiating any maintenance or needed repairs. I have been lucky a few times and managed to have Andre assist me and his attentiveness, and approach with recommendations is admirable. I feel like a Haley Ford customer during every visit, even-though my vehicle was purchased elsewhere, unfortunately. Andre and the entire automotive team are great representations for the Haley Ford brand, I would give 50 stars if I could. Thanks

Veterans please be very careful when dealing with this dealership, I was charged for vehicle etching , was told came from factory like that not true, the vehicle comes equipped with nav and ford stolen vehicle recovery why would I consent? No I did not also take notes the tiny iPad they used me you can’t see all the documents tried to file complaint with Virginia dealer board, was told they have no enforcement. Please read reviews they can save you pain ask to see final price before you go line by line don’t take any words on what’s said only what’s on paper read over again. I would never recommend this dealership. Please please I beg you read my review it could happen to you , I need 100,000 people to share this if this has happened to you every week I will post until I get my $299 etching fee please post share on all social media platforms it can and will happen to you unless you are on point and have someone with you. All they understand is a sale no matter what please post share I need 100,000 people to read this and learn from what happened to me. Ford motor company didn’t care when I reported to them . The Virginia dealership board said they were powerless over them remember 100,000 shares it could happen to you or someone you love.

I had an excellent experience with Mo Adudaya who was straightforward and great at follow-ups. I also preferred the size of Haley Ford as opposed to some of the larger dealers who make you see several people and jump thru numerous hoops to get to the finish line.

So was preparing to depart on a long RV journey towing with our F150 and noticed temperature gauge displaying high numbers. Dropped in at 1030 on a Saturday morning and the Service Manager Ben got me in and was told that the water pump sprang a leak! I was notified by noon that the part was in stock and they could replace under warranty by 4PM! OUTSTANDING!! Many thanks to the Tech Paul Wassey for diligently servicing our truck back to good health!!!

If you came to the review to get an overall opinion, here is your Warning! Don’t expect these people to care anything about you. They are a team of people who don’t want to work and get paid for honest pay, they’re only option is getting over on people in order to profit off of your stupidity desires and property. They jack up prices and sell cars with flaws. Their diagnosis are word-of-mouth for $170 and, you still can’t trust nothing to come out of their mouth. Car sales men and even car dealership servicemen have become nothing more but desperate lazy workers,
