DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Absolutely do not shop here unless you like bad service and being scammed. Kept delaying pick-up time for a couch we were returning just to have them no show TWO TIMES… Waited an entire day for them to not show up. Customer service is useless. Kept telling us “you are the next stop”. Very unprofessional. Very scammy. Still haven’t had our couch picked up and it’s been 3 weeks.

Once again we felt like Havertys was trying to get cash out of us. Our Havertys Synchrony card has 4200.00 in credit limit . Yet somehow we had to pay using cash and not utilize the same as cash option. Once again we were very disappointed in the sales, management, and cashier.

Kathy was great to deal with and the delivery guys were good, but my items were not correct when they arrived 2 hours plus past my delivery window. It took a lot longer bc we did upgraded fabric, and to have it delivered wrong on the 2nd delivery attempt because I couldn't wait all day after my delivery window went from 9 am - 11 am to anytime after 2 pm, which is unacceptable. My aggravation is through the roof and I expect Haverty's to not only make it right but to discount the purchase due to aggravation. I could have purchased a similar couch through the Room Store and would have had it in 2 weeks, but I trusted Haverty's instead. I'm waiting to see how foolish my decision was.

Our salesperson James was great to work with. We bought a power recline sofa and love seat with the center console. And James answered all of our questions and wasn't pushy at all. Great job to the team you to Jay!

Was greeted right away by Kathy S. She was very friendly and not pushy at all. Showed me where the recliners were gave me time to look and then came over to check on me. She was awesome 5 ⭐ custom service and then recommended I looked at the foam mattress and a bed that lifts for a better sleep based on a comment I made earlier. And feel it was sincere and not just to make another sale and I did end up getting something else after trying it out. Would highly recommend asking for her when going into that location. She goes above and beyond to help.
