Claim they added a fee of $150 for DMV
Yet was told they have a contractual access to the site for fee
Just another way of getting more money out of folks
$340 was enough for them, got $490 out if me
*note* to self & others DO not breakdown on 7901 Brook Rd-Walmart they will have yours car towed because cars get broken into
Ms. Cory at Walmart if that's the case my car would NOT be at the Walmart for you to have towed

5 stars across the board.
Dispatch was friendly. Driver arrived within 30 minutes and attempted to fix my vehicle before loading it. He gave me a ride back to my house before taking my car the shop, and was so incredibly nice. Pricing was low, and although I hope I never need another tow truck, if I do, this is the only company I'll ever call.

Driver was rude and aggressive in Kroger parking lot on 9/22/25 @600pm. I put the date and time so hopefully the towing company can address this particular driver.

Whoever answers the phone is always a pleasure to speak with! I’ve called a couple times to have some cars towed from my business and they have always come exactly when they say they would. Thank you for all your help!! I’ll always call here first.

I used Henrico Towing about two years ago, and still remember them! I called them later in the evening, after spending over 6 hours trying to go through my insurance company and other towers cancelling on me. I looked up Henrico Towing, they had good reviews, so I gave them a call. They provided a good faith time estimate, called me when they were on their way, and then showed up. The driver was super nice and professional. It was nice to be treated kindly after being jerked around by my insurance company for hours. I would absolutely use them again!

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service from Henrico Towing and Recovery. I had an axle break on my vehicle (photo below) while backing into a parking spot at a movie theater. I had AAA so I called them. They sent two different tow trucks, one regular and one flatbed. Both drivers said they couldn’t tow my vehicle. So I searched for private companies. Thank God I happened to call HT&R. They sent Gerard with his flat bed. This was a very tricky pickup because there wasn’t much room to maneuver in the parking lot. But Gerard was able to get the tow bar under my car and lift the front end. I could tell that he is a real pro. And the best part is that he is a very kind gentleman. So he towed the car to my house (my mechanic couldn’t accept it right away).
So when it came time to tow the car to my mechanic, guess who I called?
Kudos to all the folks at Henrico Towing and Recovery. All towing companies should be this good.
